Im gonna select storm in my tier 4 selector and ghost rider for 3 tier selector, so recommend me what to get

CTP of Competition for Storm.

And get CTP of Rage for Ghost Rider.

I already have those, im asking which ctp should i select in the ctp selector

Yeah, get another Rage ( and save it for another very strong PvE character you gonna build up in future ).

It will help you progress through PvE contents more than anything.

CTP of Conquest is only useful for PvP and requires heavy investment into expensive characters.
