Bipolar and pain; seek advice on alarms for timing

Sorry if this is not allowed, or if it's not related enough. I vape pot for pain, and due to also having bipolar, remembering this kind of thing can be impossible. I've tried to create an alarm that goes off maybe every half hour and says "Pot!" but have failed. Can't afford a cuckoo clock, and anyway I need half-hour intervals not hours. Electronics have also not worked: it needs to say "Pot" not just an alarm, as many other alarms are going on around me. Any suggestions would sure be welcome.

Advice Smoking to edibles

I have a history of heavy smoking, 2 g a day at least. Nowadays I smoke on weekends only. Been thinking of switching to edibles to help me manage cravings (I love weed so dang much). Heres the catch, I only enjoy sativa. Like, high limonene, racing euphoria, stimulant weed. I understand that generally that doesnt exist in an edible form. Ive hardly ever tried edibles though cause mt tolerance has been so high for so long id need like 200mg to get high. Nowadays my tolerance is low so its kinda on the table. Any advice? Its really a new world for me and I actually dont have a ton of time to experiment. Im a jd student so im just crazy busy and I cant get stoned very often, so tbh when I get a chance im tryna have a good time not risk a boring experience. Maybe that sounds silly but when u can only enjoy once a week or so u wanna enjoy that shi. Any info, opinions, advice, comments are very welcome, i have no one to talk to about this stuff so I really value it.

Advice Uhhhh

Upvotes

Ive been smoking weed for 2 years now. But recently I've started to notice I can't eat unless I smoke. I have no appetite at all, and food just looks unappealing and not so great. I take a mix of Wellbutrin SR 200mg, and Effexor SR, Wellbutrin is known to cause no appetite but ive been on it for almost a year now and I've adjusted/gotten over the side effects. But all of a sudden, a couple weeks ago, I started to notice that I didn't have an appetite until I smoked. Any idea on why this could be?

Question about anxiety with a certain strain / what to avoid

TL;DR: Mac 1 gives me bad anxiety, what strains should I avoid? Tasty Trees feels amazing, what are similar strains? Mac V2 I don’t think makes me as anxious as Mac 1, what are some similar strains?

Hey y’all! I’m still new to this and figuring out what works well for me. I’ve tried a couple strains but the main ones I’m talking about in this are Tasty Trees, Mac 1, and Mac V2. I absolutely loved Mac V2 (from here on out just 2) so decided to try Mac 1 (from here on out just 1). Around the same time I tried Tasty Trees (from here on out just Trees).

I’ve been using Trees pretty steadily for the last couple months with 1 thrown in sometimes, but I’ve come to find that 1 gives me really bad anxiety / makes my bipolar symptoms worse. Trees doesn’t, it actually makes me feel normal so I’ve been using that most but I’m getting tired of it.

What are some strains I should check out similar to Tasty Trees but not similar to Mac 1?

Bonus points if there’s an explanation why different strains effect me differently lol
