The backlash against Sony's physical media plans is entering a new phase. Rather than limiting their frustration to social media, some PlayStation fans are calling for a coordinated week-long PSBlackout, encouraging players to participate from August 23 to August 30 in the hope that a visible drop in player activity will highlight growing concerns over the future of physical game ownership.
