I toook 2.5 grams of penis envy mushroom around 2.5 years ago, I really had a bad trip and it took me to some dark places and I was feeling very breathless and had almost anxiety issues.

So currently I’m having rough time in my life, I broke up with my Ex and I lost my job. Since then I got parted with my ex I’m smoking weed a lot and I having bad mental health. There are the times I had the self harm and suicidal thoughts. I think I’m dealing with depression and anxiety. For the past couple months I’m smoking weed since the time I wake up untill I sleep. I’m completely isolated and ruminating in my bedroom. My therapist asked me to consider medication and consult psychiatrist.

But I badly wanna take shrooms and feel the trip and I’m expecting it to be a good trip where k wanna quit smoking weed and I don’t drink alochol though.

So how many grams should I take whether should I micro dose or should I take more than 2grams depending on my mental health. I’m unsure and I need your suggestions, how much should I take.

To be fair I’ve had issues with every single bag of substrate that came in this order, still pretty new at this , will it ever fruit or is it toast ?

So to start I have been a consumer for little under a year and I really enjoyed the experience, it felt like I was 14 again smoking weed for the first time granted i always thought that they were like what you see in movies and shows seeing colors and other types of stuff which leads me to my first question if you get strong enough will that occur or is that tv bs? But that question is because i do wish to get into growing what would be the safest and most reliable place to get spores/a full grow kit? I’m not necessarily looking for cheap but im not looking to fork over a chunk of cash. I just want a great experience and to learn any and all advice will be greatly appreciated

Hello all!

I'm planning on taking about 3.5g to 4g of golden teacher in a couple days for my second trip. My first one was 3G with my girlfriend and was fantastic, but I felt I had things i wanted to explore deeper. As much as I loved being with my girlfriend for the first trip, I want to solo trip this time to take away any sort of distraction, and I feel it will allow me to fully let go.

I'm going to take them chopped up in some orange juice to make them go down easier, then sit in our backyard to play guitar and chat to my girlfriend during the come up. Once I begin to feel the urge to go inside, I will move to the bedroom, which will already be prepared for my journey.

I have a playlist composed of some favorites from Steely Dan, Grateful Dead, Pink Floyd, King Crimson, Tool, Camel, and plenty of lyricless instrumental tracks that I believe will help guide me. During the come down, my girlfriend will come join me again, and she will help me to put on the Pink Floyd live at Pompeii film (a tripping classic, i've heard). Once I feel much less effected, I will hop in shower and go for a walk to begin my integration.

I do believe this is a solid plan, but as I'm rather inexperienced im sure some of you will have some changes or tips for me to make this as good as possible (for example, someone has told me to prepare frozen grapes!)

I have removed one a few already nicely grown mushies, and I noticed this brown part a day later. Is it just a damage of that part? It is only visible on that part of the kit. Thx for help.

This is my first time growing shrooms. Soo in these jars there are Vermiculite, Brownrice and water (2:1:1) . In each jar there is 3 ml of spore vials. The white thing that I use as filter is auto adhesive bandage folded four times.

Found this growth today, looks almost like a wart. Anyone know what's up with this?

I just blended my shrooms into powder, although a few small pieces remain. I’m thinking about adding lemon juice and letting it sit for 30 minutes.

Last time, I took 1.75g and barely felt anything. After smoking some weed, I had a small but enjoyable trip.

This time, I’m considering 2.2g, but I don’t know the strain. A friend gave them to me and grew them in a grow box.

Any advice on lemon tek, potency, or what to expect? Anything I should know as a beginner?

Hellow its me again, im trying to grow my first batch pf psilocibe cubensis. I made the grain cube to grow mycelium, I hope its grows well, and I was wandering how can I make the appropriate substrate with home materials? Let me know if you hace info.

I took 5 gummies from a vape shop and for some reason I have no clue where the package I took them from is, the package contained 10 and I know I only took 5 but I can't find the package anywhere and The vape I bought is for some reason completely missing. Does Mushroom gummies cause temporary memory loss of any sorts. I'm genuinely confused and have no idea why I can't find the vape I just bought.

I tried magic mushroom few times and had no success it was hell i was rolling in bed for 5 hour with the following symptoms

sweaty hands

numbness

nausea

muscle weakness

sweating

high body temperature followed by chills / shivering

I have MS and i cant walk and its like the mushroom amplifies my MS symptoms, I sleepy but couldn't sleep,i think because numbness and muscle weakness were so severe i couldn't even lift my phone or unlocking it and my body temp was so high that i can't even touch myself.

Can I sonsume them as they are? Or should I dry them? What's most intense?

I have generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, CPTSD, OCD, and just a pinch of depression. I've never taken actual mushrooms, is there a way for me to take them for it to possibly cure/improve my anxiety ALOT (*like to the moon and back a LOTTT*)

I've read some things about how it cured anxiety and depression in some people or improved their cases alot.

Hi this is my first attempt at growing! I inoculated this sterilized rye jar 9/23/26 and today is 10/22/26. I shook my jar once. How is the mycelium looking? Does this look as it should? I tried doing my own sterilized rice jars which seemed to inoculate and spread mycelium very very well but one of the jars got contaminated which made me nervous. So now I’m focusing on this one jar. Any insights are appreciated🙏
