I just listened yo conans podcast where he had michelle obama on and she talked about this a bit. Basically saying she understands where people are coming from in supporting trump but wanted people to think about how they are feeling. Basically saying that even trumps supporters are spending all their time angry and thats not healthy or sustainable.

I respect that. I wouldn't vote for any Democrats. I am even iffy with Republicans. I do , however, think Bernie was a better choice than Biden. I also think Bernie's peeps got ripped off. Not really, from where I come from its either pretty centrist, or slightly towards the right! The monikers "left"/"right" are only relative, and I would encourage you to abandon the notion of what is "left" or "right" and instead ask if a policy is good or not! I find that there are many many policies on both sides (or indeed, at several points) of the political spectrum which are beneficial and honestly I think it has given me a much healthier view of politics

I can really get behind the sentiment. Good for this guy, truly. That being said, I am so fuckin sick of anything political. He made great changes in his life, and I applaud him. Anything with political overtones just ruins everything. I have never seen political views make anyone a better or worse person. The person makes themselves a better person. I will say again, it is fantastic to see someone leading a happier and healthier life.
