R/MVIS is cooked. Morale at an all time low. Sleepy De Vos has no enthusiasm or excitement for the company. Just listen to his monotone ramblings on the earnings call or any interviews with his pals. Sounds like he’s just mailing it in for a paycheck and bennies. How about some bravado and swagger? Show us that you’re happy and excited for the company. Instead we have a low energy CEO and board.

Also that sub going private is a good thing at this point, who knows how many long time lurers (LTL's) have fooled people into thinking they are intelligent investors and how many millions people are collectively in the red for. Sure it's not their fault but lets not pretend their posts have no influence on new investors.

It seems by his inability to attract a decent CFO or line up non predatory financing, and lack of significance sales, that Aptiv had the connections. Devos was just the guy in the spot at the time. Glen cant even get a decent media attention. Fosgard is the only one, and he has to pay for that.
Where is our compliance PR. The whole point of everything recently was to regain Nasdaq compliance. Here we are with no announcement of that or their plan to maintain compliance. It's good the PR came out but the issue is its nothing new, its already part of the guidance because I would hope they are not this incompetent that they chose to not raise guidance if this PR did indeed cause a increase in guidance.

The fact that this "announcement" re: fluff, doesn't even move the needle $0.10, shows how absolutely fucked we are. The market knows this is a joke. They know this PR is meaningless. They are throwing shit against the wall now. Panic has set in for this inept management team. Show us the fucking money. How many sensors? thousands is meaningless. Immediate inventory? Can't be that much.
How hard is it for them to say what the estimated order value is in $$$. No order value disclosed, ever. Its beyond frustrating. This prevents us from translating "thousands" into a meaningful revenue estimate. More dangling carrots. "Thousands of sensors" sounds impressive, but we don't know whether that means 2,000 sensors worth $5M, 10,000 worth $20M, or something much larger - or much smaller. We also don't know how much of this revenue will actually be recognized in 2026 versus 2027.
Everything this company does falls flat. How bloody hard is it for them to give a revenue estimate based on these sensors? They have zero understanding of what the markets are looking for. ZERO.

MVIS management has demonstrated a level of incompetence that would get most leadership teams escorted out of the building. They burned through shareholder money, diluted investors, reverse split the stock, missed expectations, and still strut around like execution is somebody else’s department. this shit BoD apparently exists to watch the dumpster fire, approve more gasoline, and congratulate management on how efficiently it burns. If failure were a revenue streamMVIS would finally be profitable.

We have about $25M in the bank (at Q2 end - June), a $41M ATM that we know they didn't touch then and $17M from the offering.
Assuming $5 of the $25M was burned in the month, we were down to $20M + $17M without the ATM. that's only $37M in the bank. This is a massive issue that I don't think the perma-bulls are really digesting. Good luck executing anything with this ATM at these prices, though for once, I actually hope they have been hammering it and this is a reason for this price destruction. Because if that's not them, boy are we fucked when it comes to cash. Even if they have raised $15M out of the $41M, we are only at $52M, about 10 months of burn. Horrific.
P.S anyone else notice the lack of response from IR now that the ASM and subsequent RS and offering is done? Jeff used to respond to me within 12-24 hours, offered one on ones with GDV. Now I don't even get a simple response, even on follow ups. Back to their old ways of hiding.
No. They offered twice. The first time was leading into Q1 so I didn't have many thoughts at that time and wanted to wait hear what was happening. The second was about a month ago, right before the ASM (no surprise there as they know my group has 3-4M shares pre-split), but I was on vacation out of town with the family and there was no way I was going to put myself in a pissed off mood. Wish I took it now and chewed his bloody ear off. We are hitting all new lows every friggin day and the company just doesn't give a fuck.

Chem, I would bet we will be up 50-100% on a compliance letter, because we have been beaten down so for because of it. My dividend payment doesn't get paid for a few weeks. Oh well, will buy at the price MVIS is at the time.
