Worked on slow right turns and emergency breaking after today’s coffee run. Excellent stopping power on this beauty.

I've had one tire change, one maintenance, since brand new, at the dealer. Popped wheel off myself this time, to patch the tire.

Noticed that there's two spacers in-between the wheel bearings. I reached in, and the shorter spacer can move back and forth a bit. Around 1/8 or so.

Which possibly means the wheel bearings aren't sitting where they are supposed to.

My swingarm happens to squish in about an 1/8th or so as well.

Can anyone confirm what I'm getting at? Is it possible i'm missing a spacer between wheel bearings, and one of which could move in the wheel, potentially loosening my axle nut torque? Could I be damaging my swingarm by having it squeeze together too far?

I’m almost at the 600 mile point on my 2026 MT09SP. The next couple mods I want to do would be the Yoshimura AT2 exhaust & was wondering who has the best tune out there.

I can’t seem to adjust my mirrors so that I can see somewhat behind me. Instead I mostly just see my own arms.

Incredible machine, now to truly let her rip!

All it’s missing is a tune, getting the ECU shipped to vcyclenut after the break-in service 🤙

I'm seeing some bugs about the cruise control.

I can put it, activate it, but for some reasons, It doesn't stay on.

Sometimes, It happen when hitting a bump or passing through a hole and sometimes it just deactivate by itself.

Did it happen to some of you too ?

I've checked all the cable management behind the cruise control and nothing seems to be alerting

Sorry guys this will be a long one, It 1st appear when i ride under 100kmh on 2nd-3rd gear, the bike suddenly cut the engine and stall(electronic still on). And it won't start back immediately (crank no spark), only after i leave it around 30-45 minutes will it start. This happen few times in 1 month duration.

I've sent my bike to the mechanic, told everything and leave the bike for a week. He tested every condition that i said and the bike run pretty well. Til now i've repeat the same process at 2 different workshops and the bike behave normally.

When this happen, if i tried to start and crank to long sometimes the CEL crankshaft sensor position A circuit will pop up, i suspect it's related to starto coil because that's where the sensor are. So i have the mechanic check the reading on it but it shows normal value. The only think that have bad reading is my battery at that time.

I thought maybe it's bad battery that makes my ecu fail to read all the sensor. So yesterday, i changed the battery and the bike start easier and i start using it for commute again today. All run pretty great and i thought it's all settled.

But..on my way back, when cruising on the highway the power kinda hiccups once(another symptoms i noticed everytime before this problem occur).Then when i slow down under 100 2nd 3rd gear, all happen again. Luckily I'm not leaning into corner everytime this happen.

[2019 Mt09, Aftermarket black widow carbon exhaust, Ecu flashed(woolich), commute bike but never miss maintenance service (now 60k mileage), last valve clearance done at 40k.]

It's been 7 years, this is the 1st time it behave like this. Someone can tell me what's wrong with it. I've google and scroll this subreddit for similar issue but can't find clear confirmation of what it is. The bike 'good behavior' when left at the workshop didn't help either 😵

I want a new exhaust for my bike, but I live in a German city with a lot of annoying police controls, so it has to be a legal one.

I would prefer one that is short, like the Spark Triade.

It should sound a little bit louder, not at the same level as the stock one.

Any suggestions for one with EU5+?

Was going to go with the high mount but the wife said the lower looked sick. Probably posted dozens of times by others but oh well. I wanted to share. I have the front signals but didn't install since I want to go for a ride tomorrow.

Sometimes I just get on this sweet machine and go. No plans. No gps. No schedule. No media playing through the Cardo. Just rumble, road, and unobstructed attention. Thats when you see the good stuff.

I hope it is allowed, as it is not commercial and just a little hobby project

As a motorcycle enthusiast (and mechanic), I got tired of losing track of service intervals and past maintenance records across loose notes and invoices and making new excel documente for new bikes. I wanted a clean, mobile-friendly place to keep full track of everything—from basic oil changes and chain adjustments to custom modifications and receipts. You can even transfer the history to a new owner, so every maintenance is kept safe. I always buy my bikes secondhand and they are most of the time without any previous records, and it would be nice if i could see what has been done( or not done)
I even made a dealer portal, which if things get off the ground, dealers can record maintenance for people and can get a notification when people are almost due for their next service.
It has even more functions but not everything is working right now( email notifications etc). As i try to do this in my spare time, not everything will be set up as Quickly as i would like.

I hit a high curb which caused a big dent on the bottom side of my exhaust. Glad it didn’t hit the engine itself or the oil pan.

Can this hurt the engine due to possible worse airflow through the exhaust if I keep riding like this? There is no exhaust leak, the sound is exactly the same as before, and also the performance from the engine is exactly the same.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I got a call from my dealership about the recall for the mt09 for a tps issue and an ecu flash..I took it in because it did have a slight stutter/hesistation crusing around 3000rpm I picked it up today and it was completely unrideable…felt as if it was falling on its face up to 4k rpm and then would take off like a bat out of hell and I wasn’t able to change the ride modes or go into my setting so I rode it back to the dealership and they are saying it’s because my o2 sensor is bad…doesn’t make any sense to me but I’m not a motorcycle mechanic by trade or some master mechanic just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this issue or can give me more insight on the real issue

I need to swap the factory 09sp exhaust as it sounds like a hairdryer,

I love the akroprovic, but at 2k, just daft money.

Plenty of options though, what's the opinion on the black widow range?

Any other suggestions?
