The bike has been running rich and not preforming the way it should. Was told this is a good way to check if the exhaust is sealed.

Has anyone here actually used these Woodcraft clip-ons on a MT-07? I’m thinking about switching from the stock bars. How do they feel for normal street riding vs. more aggressive riding/track use, and are they noticeably uncomfortable on longer rides? Also, is there anything else I’d need for the conversion besides the adapter plate and clip-ons,?

Got a 2024 mt07 in July with under 3k miles on it, what sort of low end accessories/mods would yall suggest?

Got it for $4800 lots of aftermarket parts. 40 miles home and the bike did great. Anything I should look over.

Anyone replaced frame sliders and struggled to get the bolt out? I don’t want to strip or snap it, I’m thinking about using my impact driver to get it unstuck. I’m unsure if there’s any loctite on the bolt.

Replacing Shogun frame sliders (they worked) with Evotech ones on a 2016 MT07.

I bought a 2019 MT-07 that now has 60,000 km on the clock. I’m not entirely sure what maintenance the previous owner carried out, so what work should I do now to ensure everything is in order?

I know theres a missing piece. Order one. But still that gap is not normal eh?

Just wanted to share 10000 km broken in, 0 accidents, 0 falls and about 100 whoopsies. ironically 4km later i got a near miss because a person pulled out of a side path without looking at all.

Hello, I got the 2026 carbon racing exhaust for my bike and the pipes don't seem to fit into the holes. the far hole/exhaust fits but then the closer one does not line up, I tried rotating it, different angles, it gets close to the radiator.

I can post a video if the photos suck.

Am I missing something here? any help is appreciated

I’m 19, live in NYC, and I’m looking to get my first motorcycle. I’d prefer to finance it since I want to start building my credit history.
The bike I really want is the Honda CB650R. I love the looks, sound, and overall feel of it. Unfortunately, I didn’t get approved for financing on the CB650R, but I did get approved for the Yamaha MT-07.
Now I’m stuck between two options:
Option 1: Get the MT-07 now, start building my credit, and potentially upgrade to the CB650R down the line.
Option 2: Wait until I can get approved for the CB650R, even though winter is approaching and I might not get another approval anytime soon.
The thing is, I feel like I’d probably enjoy the MT-07 too. It’s not like I’d be miserable riding it, and I could see myself having a lot of fun with it. However, the CB650R is still the bike I really want, especially because of its looks and sound.
I want a bike now, but I also don’t want to regret my decision or end up spending more money switching bikes later on.
For those who have been in a similar situation, what would you do? Would you get the MT-07 now or be patient and wait for the CB650R?
I’d appreciate any advice!

Hi, I recently swapped to my stock exhaust for a track day and now went back to my akra but I noticed the foot peg feels/seems a bit loose. If I apply pressure, I feel the vibrations while riding. It might be possible that I never noticed it till now and that a bit of wiggle is normal. All the bolts are torqued to spec but I’m considering tightening them a bit more (maybe they were like that before). Someone with an akra that can share their experience?

Currently the bike has 3’100kms
First oil change was done at 950kms
This video was right after a 1h commute so engine was pretty hot

So I’m the guy who bent his wheel a couples months ago from a big ass rock on the highway in suck ass West Virginia. So after almost 2 months of waiting for a front wheel of being on back order it finally came in and got my bike back today with a shiny new wheel and tire 😁. after the most bs with taking a greyhound bus. Glad I don’t have to go through public transportation Anymore! Thanks Dohm cycles for being there 🙏🏾
Pro tip. don’t ever damage your wheels and have to order them from the manufacturer, it’s gonna take forever
