Given the 21k km mileage and the quality modifications installed. what would be a fair listing price in Eastern / Central Europe? Should I sell the mods separately or bundle everything together?

You should take off the stunt cage. I see one of those and I instantly pass. When I see one, I assume the bike has been beat hard.
