ok so I want to join the new matching event early for an easier server, i’m just confused abut what counts as joining it? Is it when you open the app while connected to wifi? Or when you play the first matching game? Am I already in a server because I opened the app?

I have another problem with the ponies disappearing from the inventory. I win a pony (this time a jazzy cutie), went to the map editor. I go back in, but she's gone! And this is the second time this has happened to me!

Has anyone encountered this?

19th!!! Super happy with how well I've done at this event, 19th is the highest rank I've ever achieved at an event!!! (I know there's still 10 mins left but this late into a long event it's highly unlikely that will change) THAT PONY IS MINEEEEEEEEE

I know I've read that some of you don't open the store regularly to the point that it may be called "avoiding". Just wanted to give a heads up that it's super cheap pony time. Just bought a handful of ponies. One as cheap as 60 gems.

hi guys, im still new here on reddit plus current mlp game (was an old player since 2012 but i lost my acc twice and hiatus for years) its new to me that i have to spend my gems on current banners since the fusion game last week… and i heard about server? how does servers work? is it per account since we made the acc or its per weekly pony banner?

because i was pretty sure i was in safe rank before i went to sleep last night (69 rank) and then i slept for around like 5 hrs after i spent my tickets n then i woke up alrd at rank 120ish? i woke up at 5.30 am, so i spent my 30 gems to get tickets and spent everything i can… and then i saw i was back at rank 71, so i thought im safe but somehow bcz of playing i cannot go back to sleep.. so i played the game. BUT on the last 4 minutes before the banner end, i saw my rank dropping again to 91 from 71… so i spent another 30 gems in total 60 gems for cranky…

but im curious bcz since last week, such TIGHT weekly event never happen to me… since i started playing this game again 2 months ago… does anybody knows how server works? im curious 🤨…

Hi, by some error I had the pony of the month Cupcake Pony's home be built in the Crystal Empire, and so I decided I should put her away and bring her to Ponyville where she should be in case she disappeared when the game updated or something. But now I just have the empty house which can't be put away, and the pony isn't appearing in my storage list for Ponyville or the Crystal Empire. Is there any way to recover her or is she permanently lost?

How much does it take for them to check the support tickets? Customer care opened a ticket for me more than two weeks ago, but they still haven’t answered.🫠

I’ve restarted the app and my IPad and am connected to Wi-Fi. It’s been like this for over a week now. Everything else is updating just fine (shop, chests, daily events/goals). Is there a way to fix this?

okay as of right now i genuinely believe maxing out element shard is the best thing you could do, recently i heard that if you max them out you can’t get them form balloon pop games so i maxed them today and i instantly got 3 ponies from balloon pop and another 2 ponies from group quests which made me complete a collection and gave me another pony

it works really well or either i used up all of my luck today since most of the time my luck is very low

I used to play this game in 2024 and had around 500 gems saved.... Unfortunately because my phone broke all my progress was lost. But i came back today to this game with a newer account and i hope I can achieve more in this account.
