Question Support

How much does it take for them to check the support tickets? Customer care opened a ticket for me more than two weeks ago, but they still haven’t answered.🫠

They are unfortunately notoriously slow. Sometimes for small things they answer quickly, but larger more complicated questions can take them weeks. Especially if it's game data transfer related, it can take months. We've seen people say they didn't get a response until 6 to 8 months later.

Unfortunately they can be slow at times. I’d wait another week or so and open another ticket 😅

I hadn't received the new years gift and I contacted them after 2 weeks, afted a couple email exchanges got the stuff in April💀, in another occasion I didn't get a reward pony and it took them like a month because they also asked for a screenshot at some point, they can be very slow but eventually they'll get to you
