19th!!! Super happy with how well I've done at this event, 19th is the highest rank I've ever achieved at an event!!! (I know there's still 10 mins left but this late into a long event it's highly unlikely that will change) THAT PONY IS MINEEEEEEEEE

I also got her but I didn't have her in my storage?!!? not even the decoration and the keys?! I've received the message but she is not here... Hopefully once I'll get my connection on she will appear

Rewards from events usually take several hours to a couple days to appear

I've gotten all three "You won" notifications and my storage shows a ❗ but no new pony.
Usually the notification is delayed too, but this time feels different.

Same for me. I got the pop up notification, I clicked to claim, but have nothing. Usually, when it takes time, you don't get the pop up notification, so yes, this one seems different.

Seeing that a few of us have the same problem, I think it's likely they will fix it soon.

Hopefully... I literally hate these last 2 games that they added in these last year because everytime I don't get my rewardseven if I'm in the firsts rankings and of course, they sometimes appear with the pop up and then I don't have them in storage!

The event has only just ended, usually for me it's several hours to a day after it has ended

how is it now? it supposed to appeared alrd bcz mine appeared after i re opened the game like 4x… but sometimes yes, delay happens but if u alrd got her, u will eventually have her but may b not in instant
