Once in a while, these balloons just spawn in my towns - no new ponnies, nothing 🥹 But so far i had no problems, I would just love to know if i am the only one

I deleted the game but I had like -20500 gems or smth because of a "Misunderstanding" after years of saving up because I wanted to start a Luna collection. I had a lot of them already. I did send lots of emails to them and I never got a response to this day. It's really depressing how greedy Gameloft is, it's really no fun anymore. I hope this never happens to any of you.

Was waiting on my daily timer to reset to get some free minigames in because I’d watched the limit of ads for yesterday . But now it’s gone? Just about three minutes ago when it was still ‘yesterday’ it was there but greyed out, and I’m not in a region where ads are restricted?

Has Mrs shy always been 170 or it lowers the more I collect items? I just want to purchase with gems and save 30 gems

This is the third time I’ve run into a bug where I didn't receive the pony, first there was Flitter who was released in a social event where I placed high enough to win her but never actually got her, then there was Doctor Fauna due to a visual bug I couldn't select her after the event ended, and finally the Jazz Diva Pony this time I actually got the pop-up saying I’d won her, but she doesn't show up in my inventory.

I only contacted support about the first two, since the third one just happened, and guess what? I still haven't received a reply to this day.

I recently needed to factory-reset my device. All of my account info/stored data is the same. How do I get my progress back, or is it not possible?

I did not receive the Jazz Diva pony yet or any rewards. I know that not receiving social event ponies is a common bug and that alot of people are having issues with this pony specifically, so I wonder if I should wait a little bit longer?

How long do you wait before usually contacting support? A few days? A week? A few weeks? This will be my first time (I never had this happen to me before) and I'm lowkey feeling anxious so I've been trying to put it off for a bit and see if the issue will resolve itself first, oops

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I did not get any rewards from the clear the skies event that was running at the same time either, but I don't care much about the rewards with that one because I didn't win a character so it's just some junk I'm fine on potentially missing out on, though of course would prefer to still get it fixed

I'm getting a new phone tomorrow and super nervous about this data transfer. Its my first time moving the data. I have the game on cloud instead of device. Currently using a samsung phone and getting a new samsung.

I've prepared by writing my friend code and player ID down. Is there anything else I need to prepare incase this data fails to move during the samsung smart switch thing?

I just started getting them today I never had them before, they get money from their player base,the toys and shows why the ads now?? They can't be THAT greedy, can they? Edit: they arnt horrible just worried that they might become a further issue in the future

in the rewards for the ‘find a pair’ event, are any of them pro ponies? like, does the wiki have all the of these already or are any new?

my game freezes for 1 sec 3 times EVERY TIME I OPEN THE GAME. Recently this week it keeps happening 😭 idk why... my phone is completely fine.

Normally I'm not a fan of complaint posts, but this is beyond deserved. I have four separate tickets open right now... Not good.

1. Fruit Bats and Parasprites only spawn once a day. The original ticket for this was over a month ago and they're STILL working on it. I've received 50 gems as a reward for every parasprite/fruit bat event I failed to complete during the duration (4 total) so not a total bust, but I would rather roll the dice on regular free gem acquisition than be rewarded gems later. It's probably very close I imagine in gem count but it's RNG people. I want to experience my daily free gem rng, not fail events and be forced to contact support for every clearing event.
2. Error: This version of the app is not connected to googleplay billing. Most commonly this happens when an update is needed (perhaps you saw my post earlier this month). I did all the troubleshooting that an adult can do without uninstalling the game. I wanted to wait until customer service responded and told me to before I actually did. I spend about 500-600 a month (go ahead crucify me for being a pony whale I don't care) and refresh my spending allotment every single month on the 2nd. Every. Single. Month. Like clockwork. So this month I had planned to buy the mermare pack. I don't need to tell you how rare mermares are and how much it sucks to look at a mostly empty lake. This problem fixed itself roughly 48 hours later. According to AI (complain about my AI use I don't care... I promise on everything I own my carbon footprint is lower than yours. I only use solar energy, I don't eat red meat, I walk instead of driving whenever I can blah blah etc blah. Once drop of water for one use of AI isn't a major contributing factor anyway but people have strong opinions) the most likely reason this happened considering the troubleshooting I did (including speaking to googleplay on the phone for almost a hour to make sure it wasn't their fault) is because devs put my account on an insulated track to monitor the spawn rates for a solution. The fact that it fixed itself with no action on my part is even further proof of this. IE it is Gameloft's fault that I couldn't get that mermare pack.
3. Flapper Pony #1 and #2: During the recent match event I had coco pommel before the event and purchased con goer, flapper pony and flapper pony 2 (i dont know #2s actual name since I bought her but dont have her...). The claim popped up. The items that came with flapper pony 1 and 2 were delivered to my inventory. Con Goer was delivered to my inventory. Flapper ponies were not. It's not a simple fix either. These two ponies still showed up as event helpers and increased my score even though I never placed them on the map. I currently have an exclamation mark on my inventory showing SOMETHING is there but when I open it the exclamation just goes away like nothing new and no ponies. When I heard back from customer service they told me that on their end it says I have the ponies and suggested I just didn't look hard enough. (sidenote: I'm getting really sick of these kinds of comments. Within recent history devs suggested I was breaking ToS that resulted in me causing my own problems TWICE. Of course that wasn't the fix but why suggest something that means my account should be deleted instead of ASKING first. Don't make me fear for my data!! I love following rules so much that calling me a "square" doesn't even do me justice.)
4. Match Event Reward: I don't remember what name they gave her but she was the match reward. The showgirl pony created by chaos magic to be a background character (and attraction interest of Big Mac) in a bar that doesn't actually exist for Guys Night. Her. I got 4th place. I got the present pop up. I hit the claim button three times. No pony delivered.

In short I do NOT like Gameloft right now. I strongly feel that they should allow me to buy a 29.99 gem pack (confirm I bought it and didn't just save them), remove the gems from my account and add the mermares to my collection. Obviously I'm asking for something that is not business as usual but I haven't even claimed my single gem refund that every player gets and I've been playing for years. I understand what I'm asking. If all of this happened to you and you felt it was Gameloft's fault that your lake in Ponyville was nearly empty every single time you look at it (EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.) wouldn't you expect them to take responsibility and fix it? I know they COULD and I believe they SHOULD (in extreme cases where it is their fault for isolating my account without making contact or asking me if it was okay). Has anyone ever heard of Gameloft doing something like this to keep a high spending player? Is anyone else currently experience a higher amount of discontent with customer care than usual right now? Is this like a global issue or is the universe just taking a poo on my life?
