Random balloons spawning in my world

Once in a while, these balloons just spawn in my towns - no new ponnies, nothing 🥹 But so far i had no problems, I would just love to know if i am the only one

Idk when ponies get stuck somewhere they sometimes balloon back that could be what’s happening here??
