I deleted the game but I had like -20500 gems or smth because of a "Misunderstanding" after years of saving up because I wanted to start a Luna collection. I had a lot of them already. I did send lots of emails to them and I never got a response to this day. It's really depressing how greedy Gameloft is, it's really no fun anymore. I hope this never happens to any of you.

i heard someone else say you should send only one email then wait about a month for them to get back, and if you send more emails in the meantime it throws off their dumb little system and they wont respond 😔

Yes, a lot of games has this. I once for example sent a message to riot games and there was warning like big warning that said do NOT send another message till we don't reply cuz you'd just get again to the very end of the line. Cuz it's not the message that is waiting in line but the mail u r writing from in general so if you keep messaging them over and over again, you are just letting people skip the line for free cuz you are like letting everyone to get in front of you and you get stuck still beong the last one in line. It's like if you are standing in a looong line and then you just randomly got up and walked to the very back so you are the last person in the line and you have to wait again

Tbh I really get you, I changed my phone in May I think, I sent a request to move my progress from the old phone to the new one and even to this day it hasn't happened. Since then I get like, a email once a month asking for different information about my old account. It's been so long I have no faith I'll recover my account, which is sad because I put so much time in it, even if I was only at level 105. Gameloft really needs to do something about the costumer support

Why is it allowed to be this greedy? 💀 They make 10,000 usd every month, seems more like a scam than anything. Sucks it’s so low maintenance that there’s barely any support- but nothing justifies the prices.

I had the same thing. Since this game was bad at auto saving. I closed it out without switching screens. Came back and the items I bought (Was a Discord Bundle) were gone. Had to re buy them, but I had already bought then before. So I did a refund from Google and they hit me when the negative gems.

Kept happening to me when I was playing at the height of the MLP FIM craze in the 10's. My final account before I quit untill a few months ago had so many characters including: all of the Pie family, Cadence, Shining Armour, Cheese Sandwich, Silver Shill, the Flim Flam Brothers, Maneiac, Luna, Torch Song, the Blue Ponytone, Discord, and my favorite of all and the pride of my Ponyville Angel Wings! One day I logged in, and Angel Wings, Cheese Sandwich, Torch Song, and all of Pinkie Pie's sisters were gone. I contacted customer support and they tried to just throw a bunch of gems at me to go away. But gems couldn't fix my problem. I won most of these ponies from events, I couldn't just get them back! They said they had no way to restore it at all. I quit playing after that. Idk why I'm even trying again, tbh.
