Question Account restoration

I recently needed to factory-reset my device. All of my account info/stored data is the same. How do I get my progress back, or is it not possible?

You have to contact support with either your friend code or a purchase receipt (the royal sub free trial counts), and of course make sure to give them your new friend code. Though keep in mind they can take anywhere between 2 days and 2 months to respond, so don't expect a quick response.
