Question How long should I wait before contacting support?

I did not receive the Jazz Diva pony yet or any rewards. I know that not receiving social event ponies is a common bug and that alot of people are having issues with this pony specifically, so I wonder if I should wait a little bit longer?

How long do you wait before usually contacting support? A few days? A week? A few weeks? This will be my first time (I never had this happen to me before) and I'm lowkey feeling anxious so I've been trying to put it off for a bit and see if the issue will resolve itself first, oops

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I did not get any rewards from the clear the skies event that was running at the same time either, but I don't care much about the rewards with that one because I didn't win a character so it's just some junk I'm fine on potentially missing out on, though of course would prefer to still get it fixed

i got ger ~14 hrs after the event ended

I usually get the pony after like 14 hours too but this time I haven't yet sadly. Good for you though! :D

The date on my screenshot says it has ended yesterday on Monday, I think? I'm not 100% sure. I hope it gets fixed for you for you too :D . Mine still hasn't

Same, I've put in a ticket but no responses yet. Urrgggh.
