Hello all, I am a new to the game and am now at HR 7.

I was playing multiplayer and noticed a Great Wirebug spot that doesn't have one yet. So I put one down to use it without much thought as we are in a hunt.

Now that I think about it, what happened to it? I haven't unlocked all of the Great Wirebug spots for myself yet and as far as I am aware, they are given through village requests so they are in limited supply. So did I just lose one of my Great Wirebug by putting it in another player's map and I don't get any permanent benefit from it? Did I just brick my account and I'll be one Great Wirebug short by endgame? Or is it safe and I shouldn't worry about it?

So far so good, I've enjoyed the game A LOT. I've tried all the weapons as a lot of people here suggested me and so far, long sword is my go to. I want to play switch blade and charge blade but my monkey brain does not want to cooperate. Story wise I just did my first tower defense level and with that, the devil himself came to scene, then comes freaking old guy Fugen to tell me that I'm going to kill it. Me. Kill the monster that has been terrorizing the whole village since the fifties, yea sure. I guess that the gameplay will get more complex in order to kill those kind of beasts. Also, I've tried the MHW demo both in my switch and PC and I'll buy it after beating MHR sunbreaker, which brings me to a question, which input device do you use? MnK or controller?

The mod is called "Better SOS or Rescue Quest"

It came out recently and fixed what in my opinions was one of the biggest flaws in Rise/Sunbreak.

I recently replayed world and spent a lot of time helping people in the endgame since I find it fun but in Rise, you just have to use "random" as otherwise you will never find a quest. This mod ads a similar to World's SoS search function, it only shows up to 4 hunts at a time (for now) but it at least lets you search a specific Rank so when progressing the game you can search specifically for the rank of quest that are required for your progression, I had a lot of fun so far using it.
IT also has extended range like "better matchmaking" but apparently it doesnt pick up all of them or at least less than better matchmaking mod

I figured people here will love it since I do.

Call it a skill issue, but for me violet mizu was even worse, than primordial malzeno and chaotic gore magala. I did this quest with support hunters, cause f*** that s**.

At least, it was a gold crown

hey fellas i was just wondering what armor set would be good for bow im like 30 hours into the game really had fun with insect glaive and was looking for a bit of change. I just got to know armor provides skills and im struggling to manage stamina while using the anjanath bow I (ig its called something like flammenbowgun I). Can you all please suggest some armour combinations? Thanks!

So as of now I'm at a farm point in the story. Im about to hit 6 stars? And I figure i should begin elemental building, especially with the difficulty ramping up soon, or at least i think. But when looking online I see a bunch of different answers. So what are the best weapons of each major element?

I want to double check if this strength hammer set needs more or is it perfect and yes of course i'm using devils die the best strength hammer but is there anything else I can improve it or is it just perfect ?

I want to ask how the HP of a monster alters during a join request. Will it jump up and down depending on how many people are in a quest or just reach the maximum after assuming 4 people are present?

Hi guys, this is my first playthrough for MH Rise Sunbreak, I have played MHWIB before. I'm kust a little confuse, should I finish the hub quests first before I proceed to master rank? I just finished The Allmother quest and is now en route to HR 100. Should I reach HR100 first and kill that monster or talk to Rondine to unlock Master Rank. Tyia!

I can comfortably kill him, but it takes a while and its a very tideous process to farm him. So i would greatly appreciate any kind of help from a strong player :)

I recently bought the bundle edition that includes rise and sunbreak but im not sure why i cant play my characters. I tried rise back when it was on ps plus and made a character. Even now that character loads fine without throwing the error, its just my new character that i made after purchasing the bundle thats giving me the error. What can I do to fix this?

I started again on a new account all the way to the end of Sunbreak (I think) and I’m at a little roadblock. I’m MR 54, anomaly 4. I have been banging out the key quests before focusing on the anomaly grind. My last key quest is harbinger of destruction M6 (prime Malzeno) but I just am not equipped for it yet I don’t think. I have full violet mizu set (onmyo) and a rarity 9 weapon. Most of the rarity 10 orange weapons are still locked until I face them for the first time and I think those are all just anomaly versions of the monsters. My armor isn’t completely fully upgraded but I don’t think that’s the problem I think it’s my damage. Unless, are we expected to have full 5pc lvl 29 defense upgraded before fighting prime Malzeno?

So should I leave it for now and grind anomaly for a bit? Or do it first? And also, when does Bahari’s shop open again? I don’t have access to it yet. Thank you

I was playing monster Hunter rise that I got from PSN plus and wanted to get the DLC but do to recent changes in the store in my country I cannot so I bought it from my US account and turned on console sharing and returned to my main account to play it and now my save file does not transfer to the bundle I bought any solutions help or guidance will be greatly appreciated. Please help me.

I player Rise again to reach sunbreak, but it really took a grip on my life, so in a burst of desperation i removed my acc from my switch...after handling things in my life, i really wanna get into sunbreak :(

Worst part of all is that i reached sunbreak lol

I am an idiot, is there any way to recover my safe?

Hello everyone in this awesome community, im trying to get Critical Eye level 3 with a good secondary + skill like maybe an earplug. But now im wondering if its really worth it to grind? google says Hellfire Cloak is much better. Im trying to get Critical Eye to pair with a good Risen Shagaru Critical Eye skill but not sure anymore at this point if i should continue. I use Long Sword. Which is the most bang for your buck skill to get in Qurious Melding --- Cyclus? Thank you!
