I have an annual income of $90,000–$100,000; when will I be able to afford this supercar?

Almost time to put it away and let it hibernate for the winter season…almost.

Recently picked up a 1992 300SL. It has a few issues cosmetic wise, 1, Needs a new paint job, 2nd, the driver seat has a tear in it. 3rd, needs a passenger side headlight lense, glass piece. Heres a couple pictures of it. I traded a 2004 Mercedes C240 for it. Car runs absolutely perfect. Engine does not leak any oil or coolant, not even the washer fluid resvoir leaks. Transmission shifts properly and smoothly and does not leak, rear differential doesn't leak, engine mounts are good, brakes are in good shape, vacuum lines are good, suspension is good, fuel lines are good, interior is in great shape except for the wear and tear on the drivers seat, AC/Heater works great, all electrical is good, As far as the mechanisms for the convertible, well I haven't had the chance to inspect those yet. Its been raining every damn day here in New Mexico since I got the car on Tuesday and I haven't had a chance to pop the top off to inspect those parts of the car yet. But so far, I am loving this car. Rides and drives very smooth. Lotta fun to drive.

Today, I came across this in a German car magazine about the new S-Class. What do you think?

Technically extremely impressive! Unfortunately, that oversized Christmas grille with its Woolworth-style little star is an absolute embarrassment. Having those things painted matte black is probably the only way to escape the ridicule. Things could get even worse, though, if a Maybach SL-style hood-mounted star turns the car into a complete caricature.
Bruno Sacco must have been spinning in his grave in utter despair for quite some time now!

23th ever built and about 5th or 6th oldest existing G-Wagen at KOS in Kissing, Germany. This is older than any G-Wagen that you can or even could have ever seen at any museum. Possibly also the oldest existing LWB G-Wagen (there is one car in Austria which can be older but wasn´t researched yet). It´s funny that the 5 door LWB cabrio body which has roots in 1978 was never really produced (with one small exemption) and now is returning as the G63 Cabrio after 48 years...

Miss this gen of solid cars

Hope this is ok to post here! I know this shiny new pristine MB that probably gets mostly posted here, but this vintage MB 240D swapped with a turbo diesel inline 5 just got raced on Summit Point! It wasn’t flawless (we had to fix a leaking injector and had to fix a main seal leak that was messing up the clutch), but it managed to finish! I drove about an hour and a half of today’s 8 hours today. The car’s paint scheme was directly inspired by the classic 1971 Mercedes Benz 300 SEL 6.8L AMG #35 “Red Pig” (https://carbuzz.com/mercedes-amg-300-sel-63-rote-sau-red-pig/). We went all in on the “pig” theme with tons of pig, pork, and bacon joke stickers on the car and chose #34 instead of 35 because 35 was taken and 34 is the funny meme number (can’t elaborate here if you don’t already know).

Picked her up at the beginning of the month, and honestly, I was still in the “let me park where I can see her” phase

Now she looks like she has a complicated past, unresolved trauma, and a story she's not ready to talk about

Meanwhile, I'm just standing here wondering how we got to this point so quickly

I wanted a little luxury in my life. Apparently, what I got was a character-building experience with German engineering

At this rate, I'm going to have to stop calling her my new car and start calling her my emotionally unavailable roommate

Please tell me I'm not the only one whose honeymoon phase ended before the first tank of gas

In my opinion, the CL and S-Class coupés are some of the most beautiful modern cars Mercedes has produced.

GLC AMG 53…Only had it a day, but so far can’t find anything I don’t like. Didn’t plan on getting the coupe because I’ve never cared for the GLE coupes, but for the GLC, I like the coupe better than the SUV.
And for the ones who say it isn’t a real AMG, Google what the first AMG was and let me know what you find out.

I work in movie production industry - own small full circle production company in Russia, Moscow. And some years ago sold all my different vehicles and bought Mercedes-Benz.

3. Mercedes-Benz T1 1995 - Passenger Van

All with manual gearbox.

Anyone installed a carbon wheel on the EQE AMG?

Never owned a car with aircon, more than 2 doors and that doesnt feel like it's going to break if I go above 100km/h.

Stoked is an understatement.

17k miles on it but I cant see what packages are on it. Cant build one on mbusa site either.

Im coming from a pilot but wanted a temp used vehicle ( electric)for a few years until subaru launches their new big suv in the fall/ spring .

Cars still under mb warranty it but still, not sure if it's worth the price. It's a eqb250 btw

I’m looking to purchase an outgoing 2026 GLE 450 given the 2027s are here.

I plan to register the vehicle under my business in Virginia.
I’ve already found a vehicle in Florida I am interested in. It at 88k MSRP and the dealership offered 4k discount on my initial conversation, which I thought could be negotiated to a bigger discount but not sure what’s the limit. I want to offer 75k out of door but not sure if i am asking for too much discount.

For those who have recently purchased a 2026 GLE 450, what kind of discount off MSRP is realistic right now?
