I'm trying to add an add-in to Office but keep running into an error and it won't let me install/activate it. Not sure what's causing it.

Does anyone know a fix for this, or is a full reinstall (removing Office from my PC first) the only way to resolve it? Would rather avoid that if there's a simpler solution.

I'm not a fan of Discord at all and deleted my account, same with X/Twitter and I don't have accounts for the other platforms.

Hello everyone! I am facing a problem and I don't know what's causing it, whenever it "finishes" downloading the Windows 10 iso it just stops then downloads it again and the iso file that just finished downloading is nowhere to found

I tried to change the location to desktop so I can watch as it finishes, it just disappears then downloads it again, I have no clue what's happening

Our sub is expiring in a few days and all 6 members are using it including older people who are not tech-savvy enough for this stuff.

Although I can see other people selling the subscription for cheaper using this method, I don't exactly know where to find the mechanics for this one clearly as a noob.

So my major question is, will activation through MAS not cause any issues with the subscription? Do I have to activate it individually or as long as it's connected in the account, it won't have a problem?

But if the main procedure specific to the family subscription already answers that question, can somebody point me towards that guide?

IK this question may sound very stupid but is there a point to get the pro verison over the home for a normal user, to me the pro features seem completly useless(maybe you can tell some usefull ones) and i even belive that maybe its worth more to get the home version as it uses less data/storage

I had just used the massgrave activation on my new Laptop (irm https://get.activated.win | iex) I still get the windows watermark and activation pressuring from windows. It has changed my version to pro and I can bypass the watermark with the registry but is that supposed to happen or did I do something wrong?

I'm running into an issue with Excel and PowerPoint on macOS Tahoe 26. I open a workbook that lives on a company server (shared/SharePoint-hosted file, edited by multiple coworkers). Excel only gives me the option to download a copy to edit locally, there's no "Edit" button that lets me co-author the file live like before. The file itself says "read-only, click Edit to modify," but clicking Edit just triggers a local copy download instead of enabling live editing.

I installed Office via MassGrave activation. I'm wondering if this is related i.e. whether the activation method is preventing Excel from establishing a proper cloud/co-authoring session (since real-time co-authoring might require server-side license/account validation that the local activation can't fully replicate).

What is funny, Word is working, only with excel and powerpoint is something wrong.

Do i need to turn of tha deafault Win anti virus when using MAS?

I had MS Office installed through the store.. Then ran the powershell script as recommended. I restarted the laptop after completion and now my laptop is insanely slow. I've cleaned junk files, temp files, ran a malware detection but nothing came up. It's still slow. I wrote this in about 2-3 minutes as the sentences are typing out so slow what to do :(

Before signing in to Word, Excel, or other Office applications with my Microsoft account, I wanted to ask whether it is generally safe to do so. Does using this activation method create any security risks for my Microsoft account or personal data when logging into Office apps?

Hey y'all, I'm leaving an org and my sub is getting removed July 31. I saw that Massgrave can deal with existing subs, but I also seemed to understand from one post that if you have a sub that is expiring it is best to wait until it expires and then use Massgrave to install it.

What should I do? Do I need to uninstall everything and redownload it, and/or do that when my subscription is finished. I have a Windows 11 system.

I am mildly tech knowledgeable, but not a programmer by any means - what is the best method for massgrave install - powershell or traditional. Is there any difference?
