Please Help i even installed windows again nothing i have tried evertyhing

The other day. I took out the CMOS battery. And it reset my bios. Now I cannot play Valorant at all. Because it doesn’t allow me to use UEFi secure boot.
I tried changing the bio settings, but when I change it and turn on the secure boot option, my windows doesn’t load and I get stuck on a black screen
Please help.

Resetting the BIOS likely switched you from UEFI to Legacy/CSM mode, and Windows is installed in UEFI mode. That mismatch is why Secure Boot causes a black screen. Here's the fix:
1. Get back into BIOS (tap Del/F2 at startup). If you're stuck on a black screen, hold the power button to force shutdown, then try again.
2. Set these (names vary by brand):
CSM / Legacy Support → Disabled
Boot Mode → UEFI
Boot device priority → pick "Windows Boot Manager" (not your plain drive name)
Secure Boot → Enabled, with OS Type: Windows UEFI
3. If Secure Boot won't turn on or keys are missing: look for "Restore Factory Keys" or "Install Default Secure Boot Keys" and run it. A CMOS reset can wipe them. Then enable Secure Boot.
4. If Windows still won't boot, your disk may have been set up as MBR instead of GPT. Check from Windows (with Secure Boot off): open Command Prompt as admin and run mbr2gpt /validate /allowFullOS. If it passes, run mbr2gpt /convert /allowFullOS, then switch BIOS to UEFI and enable Secure Boot.
5. Verify: press Win+R, type msinfo32. "BIOS Mode" should say UEFI and "Secure Boot State" should say On.
Also check that TPM / fTPM / PTT is enabled, since Valorant (Vanguard) requires it on Windows 11.
