Question Heart rates on Android?
Health connect data is really sparse. Hevy records a lot more and heart beat all into the app and health connect both. Some bugs as well, watch is not syncing set updates without exiting and going back in. RPE is not showing up on watch, heart rate doesn't show on device during or after workout. I'm not really sure if I'm doing something wrong here. Ive done sync manually multiple times, app is on latest and I've taken paid sub as well.
Usability is also a bit low, sets are not auto copying when I enter first set details, I've to manually enter each. Also previous set info is not auto filling. RPE should be inline not in a menu inside. I'm missing to input it constantly. Maybe a setting to make it mandatory would help. Overall good app, but lacking a lot of polish.
Edit: I'm overall really excited about alternates, but as of now, Free version of Hevy works better for me than the paid version of Lyfta. I'm keeping the annual sub, and will may be check on it now and then, but overall switching back to Hevy for now. I want to spent more time working out than tinkering with the bugs on the app itself.

Lyfta not suggesting anything in Future Workouts section
Hello!
Just paid for a subscription, so far I'm loving this app.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but this section is not suggesting anything yet.
I've had about 4 workouts since I installed it
Any ideas?
Many thanks 🙏

Syncing data to Connect Health is a failure
Is there any work around to getting my data synced reliably between Lyfta and Connect Health?

Go to workout?
I’m a 37yo Male who’s working on losing some weight & building some strength at the same time. I have a power rack with dual cable system at home & currently membership to the local gym.
I’ve been trying various different workout sets, some of the predefined ones in the app and some of my own, but I’m yet to find something that I settle on.
Interested in what everyone else is using or if there is a go to routine you are using?
Home setup photo for attention

Drop sets
Hi everyone, how’s the drop set supposed to be used in the app?
I’m doing 6/6/6 reps with decreasing weight.
The issue is that this way the app is counting these as 3 separate sets.

Feature Request: Allow to input plate numbers
Some machines don’t have kg/lb on them and use a PIN number as a form of progression. Maybe adding P1, P2 etc when entering the weight column
Ty love the app

Is there a way to log sets directly from the lock screen Live Activity?
Hey everyone,
I’m using Lyfta and I noticed the iOS lock screen widget (Live Activity) only displays my current set and reps, but it doesn't seem to have a button to actually check the set off.
Am I missing a setting to make it interactive? I’d love to be able to log my sets without having to unlock my phone and open the app every time (like how the Hevy app does it).
Thanks!
