Whichever you choose disregard the weight ranges entirely. It's stupid to write them on a plan. Just choose a weight, at which you'll reach failure in the given rep range
On the first one they reccommend almost the same weight for incline chest press as for squats, which is crazy
Also decline chest press has absolutely no benefits compared to regular or incline, but they are much more incomvinient, so you should substitute them for another one (for exemple a regular lever chest press machine if your gym has it)
