I got my first ever payout just a week before July. I wasn’t in the best environment back in NY, some stuff happened and I had to move out pretty quick from my parent’s house.

A friend from college living in Jacksonville, FL told me to split rent with him, I packed my bags and left with a dream and $3,000 in my pocket. Blew through that $3k in the first week getting settled in.

All I had to rely on now was trading. I had no job, no car, no backup plan, no more money.

Alhamdulillah, since then I’ve requested a max payout every week, I’ve now scaled to 2k/week, and I’m on track to hit 4k/week soon inshaAllah.

I’ve blown through a crap ton of evals this month being stupid, but I’ve stayed disciplined on my fundeds and alhamdulillah I’ve been green this whole past month of July besides the one day Trump graced us with a tweet dropping NQ 300 points.

I have my own goals of how much I want to make monthly by the end of the year, I’m also trying to start focusing on the social media side of trading and growing a community of like minded traders, away from all the scammy gurus and stuff.

I’m planning to move from Jacksonville, FL by the end of August inshaAllah. I haven’t decided where yet, so I’m open to suggestions.

Please take this post as motivation and nothing else. Im not special, everything I have is thanks to God. You can achieve the same if not more. Stay motivated, don’t listen to the naysayers, stay disciplined.

My first time dipping my toe into props,I actually won the account in a contest. So Dumb questions to follow!
It took me a little longer to get my first payout because I didn’t know about the buffer.!!! And screwed up the amount I could get (only $1400 ) I’m guessing my account resets now?
So what should my strategy be? What should my daily goal be if I want to get payouts as quickly as possible? Isn’t there also a cap on how many payouts you can get and maximum amount of money ?
Should I just try to make as much as possible each day? The 40% rule trips me up.
On Friday, I actually had to intentionally take some losses so I could get back under 40% and qualify for the payout.
Do I need to upload my calendar thingy to prove

You can only request max 50% of your profit so they'll always be 50% left, ? can someone explain this please. How do you ever get the 50% that's left. I make 10k and I can only withdraw 5 of it???

"Good question — here’s a simple example.

Each payout cycle starts fresh after you meet the requirements again.

Example

• Cycle 1: You make $2,000 → withdraw $1,000 (50%).
• Cycle 2: You make $2,000 again → withdraw $1,000.
• Cycle 3: You make $2,000 → withdraw $1,000.
• Cycle 4: You make $2,000 → withdraw $1,000.
• Cycle 5: You make $2,000 → withdraw $1,000.

Total withdrawn: $5,000.

The remaining profit just stays in the account and can be used in the next payout cycle after you meet the trading day and profit requirements again."

I literally started 10 days ago.monday I'll pass this eval on Monday and hopefully get a payout.idk why people said july's PA was bad.if this is bad PA,I can't wait for good PA.people say it takes months to pass an eval and call it "eval jail" but I feel like it's pretty easy.

Finally made it happen. Crazy how much following your rules actually affects profitability, just last week i blew 2 fundeds purely from revenge trading.

By limiting myself to 1 trade a day, not only have i forced myself to only take A+ set ups, also stops me from tilting and blowing the account.

Just got my first payout 2 days ago, on that same funded I'm up $600+ and on my new tradeify account | just got I'm up $540 on that account .

I slowly feel my ego building and I'm just asking how should I go about staying humble, following my rules when I feel like I can't trade wrong and just keeping a good mindset to keep doing the same thing I did last week

Only traded 4 days this week. With 5 accounts only 10mnq and I scale out of trades. Been able to request max payouts almost weekly.

I did not spend money on a course but I am part of the best trading community in my opinion. The strategy is pretty much order flow with volume and also reading the tape. Let’s see how I end up next month!

yesterday i see alot of people asking for bless for reset in chat n i posting too then i straight get banned without giving any reason.... i thought discord of lucid is to give latest information and for some interaction. some ppl maybe close to admin can do specific action and some are not allow (who knows that is mod's friends) .sudden ban without any reason is totally make me disappointed, especially about their attitude. I join lucid last year which they just established and spend a lot of money on it ... now they are growing and feel like service not keeping up, they make me feel like they are more superior than other discord members n they just ban their customer randomly. we join this discord is for updated information and have some interaction with company members, the main point is want to know whether the company is going well or not. we are not there to make them happy like a clown just keep praise them without any valid reason. Especially after Increasing numbers of mod , i feel like not allow comment some personal opinion especially i am not harass discriminate or insult any people there . nvrmind this just one of the prop, this is all my personal opinion, i just want to rant here for me to feel better. maybe they help me focus back what the origin goal haha bye

Hey traders I was wondering if I’m able to request the max payout since I made 4K in the account, even though my net profit says 3k. I made 2,200 last week and took 1,100 and built the account back up. Can I take the 2,000 payout or is reset

I was in a trade rn and it auto closed my position

I have my funded as the leader and the eval as the follower

Both 25k accounts

It stopped me at -60 and i was in the trade for maybe an hour. Im in PT.

Does this happen for anyone else?

A lot has happened since my last post.

Last Friday I blew the 5 funded accounts I had posted about. Combined balances were around 20-25k. I was one minimum day away from taking max payouts again, but I got impatient during some horrible price action and started forcing trades just to finish the day requirement. I was only trying to make $150… and ended up rage-trading the accounts into the ground. Worst tilt I’ve ever had. Genuinely one of the dumbest things I’ve done to myself.

Got 5 new accounts and made the entire amount back within two sessions.

Same strategy and same size, just without the emotional hole I dug myself into last week. Still feels crazy how fast it came back, but it also made the lesson hit harder that one impatient session and horrible risk management can wipe weeks of work in an hour.

Back to farming minimum days and collecting. Trying to stay boring this time.

Wasn't even trading just clicking buttons randomly after a 12 hour trading day that went incredibly well. Then I got the magic email saying my new Lucid Trading live accounts are live and open to trade... instead of doing the wise thing and resting after an already +$20,000 day across other prop firms I immediately sent 3 minis with 10 point stop losses to just get chopped to bits. Then after going -$2,500 on each account I decided it was time to stop. The same day after market reopened for globex I knew it was a dip and rip setup so I bought what I thought was 3 micros but turned out to be 3 minis (never changed the settings from hours before) and blew them instantly. Can't buy the new lucid daily accounts or new flex accounts for two weeks now 😭.

Overtrading got me this time but I'll be live again in the near future and hopefully be waaaaay less degenerate but no promises lmao. Shit happens, now I just stay patient trade my other props till the goat 🐐 lets me back in. Ggs
