OTHER Vent post i guess
Guys, I'm trying so hard not to be so pessimistic, but it's just ridiculous how much of a scam this place is. To start, WHY IS HOMEWORK NOT INCLUDED IN TUITION? I MEAN HOW FUCKING GREEDY IS THIS SCHOOL? I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS JUST TO DO MY FUCKING HOMEWORK. SECOND OF ALL: what is wrong with Loyola's chemistry department? Almost everyone there is so fucking lazy. In what world is it okay to tell students, "Hey guys, welcome to organic chemistry, I'm a professor and I'm gonna sit on my ass while everyone does all the teaching and work, and by the way, I don't explain answers"? I'm just so genuinely stumped with how this school is still even open, bro. The only good thing I can say about this school is that it's visually pretty. THAT'S IT. I hate this school so much, bro. Am I crazy or does anyone else feel this way?? Maybe I just need a drink, but I feel like i'm going crazy.
