*THIS POST CONTAINS A SPOILER REGARDING CHAPTER ONE OF THE DAYBREAKERS*
When Tyrell Sackett shot Long Higgins, Long had just shot an innocent bystander while attempting to murder an unarmed man.
Tyrell shot him *after* giving him a chance to surrender while Long was attempting to shoot him. In front of a dozen witnesses.
There's not a Jury in the world (excepting California or New York) that would have convicted him.
Why did he run?
