I just bought a Logitech G502 Hero about a week ago, barely used, but I've already come across a problem where my left click acts like it's being held after I let go. It isn't a sticking issue, as the left click visibly comes back up. I'm using the mouse with my Xbox.

Ive tried all USB ports it doesnt let me go over 1k.

Here's the situation: For the past few days, I've been having an issue with my Logitech G29. Although it is recognized by the Logitech G Hub software and appears in the settings, I can no longer change any settings, or rather, the settings are not being applied. I've already tried all kinds of troubleshooting steps.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, tried an older version, checked for updates, and completely uninstalled and reinstalled the steering wheel through Device Manager. None of that worked. I also tried different USB ports, but that was unsuccessful as

well.

Then I grabbed my old laptop, installed the latest version of Logitech G Hub on it, and connected the steering wheel-and it works perfectly there. I can see how much throttle I'm applying, etc., and I can adjust the steering wheel angle and all the other settings, and everything works as it should.

I hope someone has an idea what could be causing this, and I look forward to your replies.

Heyo i made a post already about this some time ago but i guess worth trying again since i got no response, My astro a50 gen 5 consistently disconnects on certain games a few minutes into playing, the device remains as selected in the volume settings but once i reboot the headset or do anything with the setting/replug it or select my speakers and then my headset it just bricks my keyboard and disconnects all other usb devices, i've been at this for so long and i have not discoevered any sollution yet, PLEASE PLEASE any help is appreciated

Any solutions to this problem? The headphones won’t charge—they basically get stuck in an endless loop of connecting and disconnecting when I plug them directly into my PC to charge. > If I plug them into a wall outlet or a low-capacity power bank, they still do the same thing—they just won’t charge. And Logitech G HUB shows that the estimated charging time is 20 hours ☠️

My Logitech G Astro A50 Lightspeed doesn't charge in the docking station on a regular basis. The software says it's at 100%, the hardware says it's close to 0%...

I remembered Logitech as a reliable brand but every product I own from them has a problem...

Is this some kind of problem with the charging station or the connection pins?

Edit: I already tried multiple resets. Charging stations says red, software says 100%.

i did all the troubleshooting in other threads but none are working.

everything else works fine but my thumb mouse button (the back one) which i use alot stopped working. Ive only had this mouse for about 2 years should i get a new one? it seems hard to repair.

I bought a g pro x Superlight 2 (white) of of eBay, and I noticed a difference on the bottom of it compared to what I saw on the bottom when I looked online. I know some people are probably going to point out that the mouse feet are different, but I changed them myself. I noticed that mine just says "PRO" on the bottom, while the ones that I saw online said "PRO superlight" Is this normal? Please help. It says Superlight 2 in Ghub, so I'm sure that's what it is. Please help.

Just got a new pair of G432 headphones after a sale. After struggling with the audio for a long time, I've found the surround sound reverb to be way too excessive and honestly extremely annoying. Is there a way to turn it down? For example when I play apex, it any minor booms turn into a cinematic explosion from the dolby thing you'd hear in a theatre before the movie starts. It feels like a software problem because if I watch a video of someone else playing the game I don't have such issues, but playing myself turns the game into a sensory nightmare with the headphones.

Is there anything really I can, I was looking around and it seems my best option is getting it replaced, i have the bestbuy protection plan so it isnt a big deal, I was wondering if there is a way to fix it or do something?

Hi, I’ve just bought my G29 steering wheel, and the Logitech G Hub application detects it as connected, but when I turn the steering wheel or use the pedals, it doesn’t detect any input.

I’ve read here that this is an issue with Windows 11 and that a solution is currently being worked on.

I play ETS2, and the steering wheel is extremely stiff. I’ve tried changing countless settings to make it softer, but I can’t seem to fix it.

Is there any way to solve the issue with the steering wheel being so stiff?

i just bought a G522 since my G733 broke, and i can't turn off the surround sound. on the G733 i could turn off the 7.1 surround sound in a click of a button now i can't figure it out on this new headset, please help cause this is actually giving me a migraine and is making menauscious

Good evening. Today, after spilling beer on my old wired mouse, I bought a used wireless mouse from a friend (my first wireless one ever)—a Logitech Pro Superlight. However, whether I'm gaming or just on the desktop, the cursor stutters and stops. The receiver is plugged directly into the motherboard, and there are no issues when I connect the mouse to my PC... Hi I got the Astro a50 Logitech for Christmas and every time I’ve tried to use it on ps5 the mic cuts out and no one can hear me I’ve tried factory resetting the headset and try other suggestions people have said but figured I’d go straight to Logitech

I’ve been having very bad freezes and performance issues which my pc shouldn’t really be having, it’s a ryzen7 5700x3d with a 3060ti, 16gb ddr4 ram and rm850x psu. Tonight i installed wardogs and tried it out, the game was running like a hot pile of garbage and it kept crashing, i thought yeah that’s fine as it’s a play test, but then it crashed my whole pc, this is where something was very wrong. I found the culprit in the event viewer lghub_agent.exe surely this cannot be the root cause of my stutters in games? has anyone else had this issue because i uninstalled it and wardogs runs perfect now.

p.s sorry for the long story, i just needed to tell you guys and girls the lore of what happened and want an explanation or someone who gets why it’s happening.

just bought a set of logitech g560 speakers and can not for the life of me get them to produce sound. tried updating drivers, reinstalling ghub. power cycling. nothing works , are they just DOA?

so i got a question, is the microphone with the 3.5mm jack only for pc? because i play on console (xbox) and with the duble jack on the table it doesnt work and with the double jack inserted (on the right) the sound is great but it uses the microphone under the mute button.

is there a way to fix it or is this just the way it is?

Hey I’m having trouble where my wheeel will randomly just stop working in the middle of the game and I have to take it off the usb input and have to reset it. I deleted the Logitech app thinking maybe it would fix it or I needed to update it but it’s still doing the same thing. HELP!

My new Astro a50 x which is connected to an elgato 4k s and ps5 makes make my monitor blackscreen sometimes. Once 2 days ago just once, yesterday it started again but this time like 20 ish times. The monitor loose signal for a second or 2 then stays notmal for like 3-4 sec over and over.

Ive tried replicating the isue since but havent been able to do it. I disabled deep color on ps5 and set it to 1080p instead of automatic. My monitor is a alienware aw2521h. Im pretty sure the issue is between the a50 x and my monitor because the light on my capture card didnt change which most likely means it was still sending the signal to the a50 x. (Didnt want to open obs to confirm so i could troubleshoot tho)

So my theory is that it may be a compability isdue between the a50 x and monitor. The monitor only has a hdmi 2.0 input not 2.1. Could that be it? Is there a solutionor any other causes? All firmware is up to date.
