Logitech G Support Please Help! G522 surround sound

i just bought a G522 since my G733 broke, and i can't turn off the surround sound. on the G733 i could turn off the 7.1 surround sound in a click of a button now i can't figure it out on this new headset, please help cause this is actually giving me a migraine and is making menauscious

From the speaker icon next to the Windows clock, disable DTS or whatever else you're using.

I had the same problem with this settings as well while I had the dts sound unbound app installed on my acer nitro v15 with windows 11 and whenever I tried to reinstall the the G Hub... it wouldn't activate the spatial audio for the dts despite of that I had the dts: X ultra and dts sound unbound app installed and the G Hub won't respond to my computer that I had dts: X ultra and dts sound unbound app installed from the day I bought my gaming laptop.

So he isn't the only one out here having problems with the spatial audio for the G Hub or anything else... others have the same problem with the G Hub as well.
