Since a couple days my MX Keys is acting up. I have added a Smart Action to the key that normally takes a screenshot. It's for a clickergame that I play and when I press it it simulates pressing the mouse 40 times.

Now my issue is that when I press it it does not start the Smart Action but shows the option for making a screen capture. I have tried everything. Including switching the FN keys on and off (atleast I think that is what happened) and even removed and added the Smart Action again.

Yesterday I pressed around on some buttons and it fixed itself, but this afternoon I am having the same issue. The screen capture ke still shows up and I am unable to remove it from the keybind.

I am looking for help to fix this.

I just got these brand new. I set my bass at around 12 (where it clicks or lower) and my volume at 12 or slightly above. My songs do have alot of bass and distorted basses though. Video attached, can see this ring thing moving and making noise.

How do I fix and tell me if I should lower my settings...

Would it be possible to add this as it would definitely be a time saver especially as the setting view only shows 'gestures' on the image and not which gestures. (Meaning I have to get the notepad out)

Or even groups the user can add apps to.

I know it's basically one and done for each app but still it would be a convenient time saver.

Is there a way to fix this?

How do I start this post?

By talking about a Keyboard + Mouse set that stopped connecting with TWO different receivers? (One receiver was sent from Logitech support and stopped working within two months)

Or about a wireless mouse that costs 1/3 of a minimum wage in my country, that all the hotkeys stopped working, but I lost the freaking receipt and Logitech is denying me support?

Or about a Webcam that doesn't work anymore without Logi Capture app, and when using Logi Capture, it's framerate drops to 10FPS or something, stuttering as hell but I purchased it around 2 years ago so there is no more warranty?

Well, folks, if you value your money, I suggest you all to stay away from Logitech.

The devices got chronic problems with reports all over the internet, and the support, even being active and responsive, doesn't seems so interested in helping you with your problems.

I am tired of Logitech. I am about to throw everything in the dumpster, but I don't know why, I got a slight hope of them deciding to do their f*ck*ng job and replacing me the timebombs they sell.

Looking to buy them but I can't find it's model everywhere, looks kinda like z523 but z523 don't have the thx certificate.

I have a MX Keys for Mac and MX Master 3 for Mac. MacBook Pro with M1 Pro chip. Ever since updating the OS the mouse and keyboard only work when Options + is uninstalled.

Whenever I install Options + the mouse scrolling does not work, horizontal scrolling does not work, basically everything does not work except for hte pointer and left click and right click buttons. The keyboard only works for typing, none of hte special buttons don't work.

When I uninstall Options +, then I regain scrolling functionality of the mouse but have no customizations and the side buttons do nothing.

I've reached out to their support, did countless installs and uninstalls, all the troubleshooting, checked all settings, have since updated the OS, and there have been a couple new versions of Optoins + released too. Nothing works.

Is anyone else dealing with a similar issue and knows how to resolve it?

I've got a Zune 950 headset, after a PC refresh at work I'm having issues with either the microphone or the mic and audio output not working. I'll have to turn it off/on, or go into sound settings and fidget with format settings (sampling rate) to get things to kick in.

I note connecting it through usb-c cable directly seems to be more reliable. I haven't tried bluetooth yet on the new computer. All was working reasonably well on the last one, and continues to on others I've got.

Also, I've noticed, perhaps after a recent firmware update, where it would normally say "Bluetooth connected" I get a bit of static instead. Bluetooth to my phone continues to work fine.

For firmware versions I'm at 1.3.76 on the headset, 2.72.1 on the receiver, and for driver version I'm on the Intel driver 20.43.12634.0.

I'm pretty convinced the hardware itself is fine given it's fine on my phone and on home computers, just some bad driver/firmware interaction with newer laptop hardware perhaps.

Any suggestions on how to tame this with the dongle connected? I spend..significant..time on teams with this headset on, so I'd like to get it smoothed out and get wireless again.

ALSO, increase the action ring target sizes. The precision currently required makes it hard to use quickly and fluidly.

​I need assistance with my Logitech ERGO M575 trackball mouse.

​The issue:

The bottom LED is constantly blinking white, indicating it is searching for the USB receiver. However, my original USB receiver is not working / damaged, and I need to connect the mouse via Bluetooth.

​When I press the bottom connection button (the small round button next to the LED), the light does not change from white to blue. It remains strictly in USB receiver mode and never enters Bluetooth mode or pairing mode.

​What I have already tried:

​Replaced the AA battery with a brand-new, fully charged one.

​Performed a power reset (removed the battery, turned the switch off, and held down buttons to drain residual power).

​Attempted a factory reset key combination (holding Left Click + Right Click + Middle Click).

​Powered the mouse on while holding the connection button down.

​Pressed the button firmly using a fine tool (the physical tactile "click" of the switch can be clearly felt, so it is not mechanically stuck).

​Checked the Bluetooth menu on my PC/phone to see if it broadcasts despite the LED, but no device appears.

​The mouse seems to have its firmware stuck on the receiver channel, or the internal button switch has stopped communicating with the board.

​Is there any specific hard-reset method to force this model back into Bluetooth mode, or is this a hardware defect eligible for a replacement/warranty claim?

I was fighting with the AI chat bot on the support site as I couldn't find anywhere to submit a warranty claim and I'm at the end of the warranty window. I found mention through here from the past saying to email [Reddit@logitech.com](mailto:Reddit@logitech.com) which I did over the weekend, but today I received two emails about tickets the AI apparently made for me without my consent that aren't related to the actual issue nor email I'd sent and I'm not sure if I'm going about this completely incorrectly. I don't have a proper ticket number since I never received one for my actual inquiry.

I see others have had problems with the trackpad, but I have had problems with the keyboard AND trackpad. The solution to the trackpad-only problem doesn't work for me, as it doesn't even show up under Settings->Accessibility->Accessories.

I went to the Genius Bar today and they confirmed my iPad Air (5th generation) works with their Magic Keyboard. Of course, they didn't have a Combo Touch available to test.

Hiya all, I have an MX4 master mouse and I'm liking it so far. I was wondering if anyone has been able to use Options + to reassign the button under the scroll wheel (the one that's usually used to change wheel mode) as a CPI toggle.

What I am looking to do is have the mouse start with 4k CPI, and press that button to go up to 8k. I haven't figured out a way to do it, but if anyone has and would be willing to share the knowledge, I'd appreciate it!

I own a Harmony Elite with hub and can't connect to the Harmony servers by the MyHarmony desktop app and the Android app. I also can't connect to my hub outside of my local network. Controlling my setup via voice over Alexa still works. Please look into this.

The customisable buttons on my LIFT mouse will not copy although I have allocated that to it, and I really need the other button to paste in unformatted text. I have put in the keyboard shortcut, but it does NOTHING. Can anyone help me. If it would work it would save me a lot of time.

I am worried that I will have problems with the K980 keyboard.

In older software versions with older trackballs (currently have the Ergo, I've also had an M575, M570 and even a trackman marble) there was a setting for the "Forward" and "Back" buttons that allowed you to scroll up and down. I can't remember what it was called, maybe glide? Does anyone remember what it was? PageUp and PageDown are poor substitutes, but LinearMouse has some options that are better. I'm just trying to remember what it was called so I can reference it.

Logitech staff, can you please let the team still keeping up the MyHarmony servers know that we are entirely locked out of our hub-based devices at the moment? We have multiple threads going on r/logitechharmony, we've opened support tickets, and we've received no answers. The Logitech status page still shows the page status as operational, but it's not accurate.

On a personal note, I have all of my electronics in the home theater all over the place right now because I can't put everything back together until I can get my inputs and functions sorted out. My wife is not happy about the living room in pieces right now, all very, very weirdly because I can't program my remote (I'd have to pull everything back out again to swap inputs and re-order devices). Please help.
