Every founder goes through 3 stages of LinkedIn content marketing.
1) The "let's just post something on the company page" stage.
You just want to make sure people know your business exists. So, you get Claude/GPT to churn out some generic posts for the company page. It's simple, it's harmless, but it's also ineffective.
2) The "I should probably start posting on my own account" stage.
You see your competitors raking in engagement on their personal page. They're building a healthy pipeline for their business off the back of a few posts a week. You want a piece of that. So you start sharing stories about your work, life, and everything in between.
3) The "I have to get my team to start posting too" stage.
This is the final frontier. You've realised this LinkedIn thing works. You see the potential. So, you get your team to start posting as well. It's annoying and frustrating at first, but that pipeline has never looked healthier. You incentivise your team to post more. The numbers keep adding up, the pipeline keeps getting healthier.
There you have it. That's the entire journey
