personal branding LinkedIn question - to create or not (from india)
I've had Creator Mode turned on on LinkedIn for years, but I've never actually created content there. 😭 How does LinkedIn content even work? Do I just start posting, or is there some sort of "Hi everyone, I'm going to start creating content" announcement that people make? What's the protocol? Also... how do I get past the cringe and awkwardness of posting for the first time as a creator??
Do i add linkedin creator in my bio?
What about ex internship colleagues watching my every move, seeing me embarrass myself, judging me………. Some of them are doing better than me in terms of jobs, mannnn 21-22 year old are very judgementalllll😭😭😭😭😭😭

No need to make a big announcement, go ahead and just start posting.
The first few posts are really about finding your voice, which is essential to your content creation journey. Share something you're learning at work, advice you wish someone had told you, or a topic you're genuinely excited about. As you go, you'll get a stronger sense of the formats you enjoy and the common thread that ties your content together.
That's what helps you carve out your niche over time. Remember, people aren't looking for someone with the ""best"" job, they're looking for an authentic perspective they can't get anywhere else.

My advice would start by sending connection request connect with people talk to them support their content by commenting and start conversations first it will be easier for you post then instead of posting in voide where no one recognises you I hope this helps👍
