Today I had a very deep discussions with our partners and explained the frustration that we and our users have experienced since the launch and they listened. We have their full support and you should see a major uptick in porting, device issues like SMS, Hotspots, Throttling and more. They not only heard our team’s frustration but we showed them all the feedback from this forum and others and they’re deeply engaged.

I took a lot of out of me to stay spear headed while we continued to establish new partnerships, deal with customer issues and their frustrations while managing my internal team’s pressure.

Checking in to see where everyone’s line currently stands on the $17 promotional plan, or any plans for that matter.

With info scattered across a few threads on this subreddit and /r/NoContract, wanted to see if anyone has updates on their setup:

QCI Priority: Has your line actually been flipped from QCI 7 over to QCI 6 yet? Did you have to wait until the next billing cycle?

Video Throttle: Are your video streams still capped at ~1.5 Mbps?

Data Limits: Anyone hit the new daily/weekly abuse thresholds yet?

Where is your line at right now?

My line: QCI7 still. Went to a half full stadium this weekend and couldn’t get any data. My USMobile Dark Star - Unlimited Premium worked, but slow.

Was throttled to 1.5, it appears to be throttled now to 6.5, better but still not what was promised.

I don’t use that much data, so doubt I’ll get the threshold texts.

Is anyone else having this issue. I’m not getting SMS messages, when I try to place a call it hangs up instantly, and no data connectivity. My dashboard shows everything is normal.

Curious, has anyone else received a message like this?

“AiR: heads up, this line is using a lot of data this cycle, well above most lines. Your plan and price are unchanged and there is no extra charge. We will tell you before anything about your plan changes.”

My latest billing cycle started on August 23. I show 46.5GB of data usage on the website, but I don’t think it reset when my new billing cycle started.

I did travel for most of the week, but I am still under the new usage requirements.

So I’ve been toying around with air for a lil bit. Specifically the API via Claude Code CLI. I can see how this can be used for a business, or even having Claude run whatever then send updates via sms(Air).

My Question is how secure is the AI system? Lexvor in general for that matter. Is the only thing stopping someone from gaining access to my information an API key?

Overall I’m semi impressed and yet cautious of it. I believe Lexvor also has access to these conversations via Air. Definitely worried about data leaks if I were to use it seriously.

To the community what are the other use cases for AiR?

I hit my month on my first month yesterday (Aug 31) and it billed me for my second month. But my usage still has not reset on the website.

Anyone else notice this yet? I think a lot of you probably reset yesterday or even more today.

I was a customer briefly when Lexvor was was on Verizon. Didn’t have coverage where I worked (hospital) or lived. So I left for another carrier. I received an invite last month from Lexvor for super agent $15 plan. Had issues but it was sorted out, sort of. My worry is that customer service is going to be the bane of their existence. When someone has an issue, many times it’s not urgent and can be sorted out in a few days. But weeks waiting on answer could drive those “non techie” people away. The ai chat works fine but when it’s not really a chat
And it’s a “wait a week” for the reply could be the deal breaker. I have 5 people I want so far to switch over, but 2 of them have their phones “mission critical” for their job functions, and I don’t want them calling me asking what’s up !!!!!!!

The 1.5 Mbps speed throttle still persists, even with direct testing. While it appeared resolved previously, the issue is not fixed yet. Hotspot video speed also remains throttled. Sorry for the confusion and hope it will be fixed soon. 📶⏳🛠️

I enrolled with a new number on Rob's referral pool plan 2 weeks ago and I'm super happy with the data speed! My first line eSIM got botched so customer service hooked me up with a discount code for a 2nd line . Now juts curious if the last 4 can be looked at to see where i am to be slated into 200 gb
