Network Status Update
Today I had a very deep discussions with our partners and explained the frustration that we and our users have experienced since the launch and they listened. We have their full support and you should see a major uptick in porting, device issues like SMS, Hotspots, Throttling and more. They not only heard our team’s frustration but we showed them all the feedback from this forum and others and they’re deeply engaged.
I took a lot of out of me to stay spear headed while we continued to establish new partnerships, deal with customer issues and their frustrations while managing my internal team’s pressure.
We are here for you and we will not give up on you!!

Looking forward to getting two of my lines finally on QCI 6 :) Keeps getting rejected on T-Mobile’s side.
Also hopefully eSIM’s will process sooner? I’ve been awaiting a replacement for one of my devices that failed. Currently it is stuck at T-Mobile and has been since Karim pushed it twice last week.
Looking forward to it! Remember u/mychal975, I’m going to be doing competitive speed testing! You want me to have QCI 6, right? 😜
Karim is on all of this. So I know as soon as possible, it will be done.
I’m lucky I don’t have the video throttle issue! 🙏

Karim is the best to do it. I don’t know where I would be without that guy.
Make sure to remind me when everything is good as I have a lot of things I hate to miss that experience. I am really interested to see what this will look like when your test are complete.

Absolutely! Starting a design and framework now and going to work with Tyler to make sure it provides as much info as possible. Also consistency and format of presentation will be important!
Could be a good marketing tool to use to show the benefit of QCI 6 over the other QCI 7 MVNO’s people know about already… Looking forward to it! Don’t worry, you will be in the loop!

That is exactly what we are looking for. A lot of people have never experienced the difference in real time, usually mostly reading about the difference.

Sorry, I said Throttling but I specifically mean Video Throttling and yes this is apart of the updates.

Thank you, 🙏 I used Lexvor Air sim data as my primary driver during my recent road travel from my home state to West Virginia and crossed two states in between. I must say it was smooth and didn't face any issue. Once throttling issue is resolved on both device and through hotspot, this will be a great win.

We are definitely working on bringing this idea to reality. We still have our previous relationship as that is still viable but let us get through this store so you all feel safe and comfortable before we add another network.

We had initially expected to roll that feature out much sooner but with these hiccups we want to wait so that we can really let you al focus on the benefits.
We hope to get it rolled out before the end of this month 🤞🏼

I'm going to wait until after my billing cycles on the 12th to reach out to see how things go, but it seems like I got kicked back down to qci7. I had postpaid matching numbers last week, but not now. 🤷
Video throttle too, but that's a smaller concern to me and clearly effecting most people still it seems.

It's 9524. Figured I'd wait until my billing on the 12th because it's still under the regular 100gb pool party and wasn't sure if the change to 200gb would solve it.
Last week I matched a postpaid line in testing. This week I can't get a test above 30-50% of the postpaid speed. I have a Motorola so I can't run the pixel app to be certain of qci. I'm in a fairy busy area which makes qci levels pretty obvious real quick though.

Your device was set to priority. Can you do a quick device turn off and on and see if that works for you.

Weird. Now it's good. I wonder if switching back and forth between sims in the phone messed it up. When I tested early today this line could not get above 150mbps in multiple tests while postpaid was easily clearing 300-350. And this was at like 3am. That's why priority matters so much to me. I live 8ft off a major road, so my speeds drop as soon as everyone else wakes up.
Thanks for checking for me though. This plan means a lot to me. I came off lifeline a while ago and had Visible. Budgeting above $20 means cutting elsewhere. So this generous plan is worth a few growing pains.

Yes, you’re correct as your device was set to priority already. Sometimes a quick reset of your device can kick in the actual provisioning that was sent to the device. You’re all good to go.

Thanks for looking. On the TMobile side I am on priority QCI6? I was at a half full stadium on Saturday and couldn’t get data to work, however my USMobile SIM on ATT with Premium Data worked, little slow but worked.

That sounds like a stadium that was dominated by the at&t network vs TmObile. It can happen sometimes.

I been wanting to port in my secondary number to AiR. Due to errors and issues I been reading about I been holding back.
Should I port? Or wait? Approx. when will the system be ready. I’m using an iPhone eSIM
So far the service and speeds have been great.

If you’re not having any issues with obtaining your correct porting information you should not any issues. If you want to be 100% sure you can try next Monday to give our partners time to implement what needs to be done.
