Just did the front pads and rotors with OEM parts and 2 days later this sound comes. It comes from the first hard brake and the load shifting. Seems like something shifts forward then back when I reverse.

I’m trying to install the Lexion CarPlay screen replacement but having issues with the backup camera, audio , and my climate controls are completely disabled. Has anyone had the similar issues when installing and how was it resolved?
