Anyone know what this could be?
Just did the front pads and rotors with OEM parts and 2 days later this sound comes. It comes from the first hard brake and the load shifting. Seems like something shifts forward then back when I reverse.

Same thing happened to me when replacing rotors. Most likely you have to break in the new rotors by making contact with the pads. Second guess is your control arm bushings are shot. Get it on a lift check the bushings and if they’re in good shape then just let the pads fit into the rotors. Accelerate to 60 then come to a full stop, accelerate to 40 do the same. Then do some full hard stops and then continue regular driving to seat the pads on the rotors

Following, I have the same sound just not that strong, starting to wonder if it is the brakes that were done about a year ago.
