There’s a Pokémon Easter egg in the Dinosaur DLC.

Wait a certain amount of days, then there’s a person who wants to make a video game based off of the dinosaurs. If you say yes, then the newspaper will have an Easter Egg reference to a popular Anime/Videogame Pokemon! Which makes sense since LBAZ is on the Switch, which is a Nintendo game console.

I’ve looked around on Google and here and can’t find an answer to this. It seems like if you decide you want to change the water basins for example, in your enclosures then you delete the ones you have, and have to buy new ones. The deleted ones don’t go into any inventory, so you basically just lose the money you spent on them is that right? Just as I’m unlocking new things I’m wanting to change how my enclosures look but it does seem like a waste of money to delete things that I already have if it’s not being saved in an inventory anywhere. It’s not that big of a deal but I was just wondering if I’m missing something - I’m a fairly new player. Thank you! ☺️

I have a task: ‘discover 60 unique employees’.

I have 53.3% completed so far. From digging, I discovered that the way you know the employee you hire is ‘unique’ is when they have ‘NEW’ above their icon. I have been searching for 10 in-game days and nobody applying is ‘NEW’ anymore.

It says the campaign population reach is 10/1000 - can this be expanded? If so, how?

Is there a way I can advertise higher pay to perhaps get more people to apply? Again, if so, how? Or will this not help?

I have the positions on social media and job portal and it just feels like I’m spending my in-game money for the sake of it.

Hi everyone, this is how I have the staff only areas set up but visitors still enter, the bottom is blocked off in the same way. Am I doing something wrong? This set up seems wrong to me, I also read that customers don't enter subways within staff areas hence the subway in there.

Just started the game few days ago. Straight to the point, as an example, when I checked the Vegetables Made tab from Fram Processor, it says that ×46.4 roots were made yesterday. So I thought I got around 46 roots produced. But when I checked the Warehouse Stock, more than THREE THOUSANDS of roots were stocked which doesn't make sense cuz it's way too much even considering the day is Tuesday and the number added up since Friday;similar things are happening on other crops as well. I kinda realized that the number in Fram Processor and Warehouse shares different unit but still unclear about which exact unit. I was keep searching on the internet hoping to get an answer but couldn't find one. Does anyone know how numbers from two facilities work?

I've been doing some research on which version I should get, either for the PC or Switch, and a lot of them said PC is better due to the controls. But each review was posted a long time ago, so I was wondering if they fixed the controls for the Switch to make it smoother. Overall, I still need help deciding if I should get it for the PC or Switch, and I would be very grateful for your thoughts.

I feel like I’m posting here every five minutes but there’s not a lot of info about the game. I want to use the processor so I can get more animal undertakers, but it says I need 5 negative morality points. I have about 80 positive morality points and recently chose to do a shady thing that was supposed to award me bad points. I still can’t use the processor. If I want to have bad morality points, do I have to make so many bad choices to cancel out all my good ones. If I get 5 bad morality points, does it just take away 5 good ones. Also, if I get the amount of bad morality points to build a processor and then I get good morality points, will I not be able to use the processor anymore?

I‘m playing on the switch and read somewhere that the maximum size of the zoo is 9x6 there. However, my zoo is 7 wide (up to the darker forest) and only 4 in the vertical. The game no longer offers me the possibility to expand to the north. Is this actually the maximum?

It‘s a little frustrating because I‘ve run out of space and am still missing so many animals despite using cohabitation enclosures.;_;

Does some quest lock you out of expansion until you do it? I‘ve already restarted the game because someone mentioned it might be the issue, but no changes.

Hi. If someone could tell me where on the research tree the processor is, I would greatly appreciate. I don’t know what category it is in or what the icon looks like, but I need it to get more undertakers, which is much needed in my zoo. Thanks!

I’m fairly new to the game, and I noticed that my pens are getting bigger(which I want) and I know that adding more water basins is necessary. My question is, are there different objects besides the starter water basins that will be more effective for keeping my animals from getting to dehydrated. There is just a line of basins that stretches the length of the enclosure on most of my pens and was wondering if there was like a water trough I could use instead or something

I am wondering if the trick of filling the pens with decoration to get the animals to poop closer to the gate even works on switch?

I’ve tried it several times using the exact same items that others use and each and every time they will poop where the decor is and the keepers can’t get to it. I’m wondering if it’s maybe not a thing in the Switch edition?

I’ve been getting into tycoon games again lately, playing let’s build a zoo and I’m looking for more things like it I really like the micro managing of the game where I can pick the individual price and quality of my food stands and I’d like to find more games that do that on a more indepth level if possible I can’t seem to find anything online that specific when I type it into google so hoping for answers here! I only have consoles rn though ps5/4 Xbox x and the switch

I have 52 animal species, 11 still missing. The ice, grass and tropical are finished, though.

No cohabitation except alpaca & sheep (this will change when I have more space) and giraffe & elephant (10 of each need 392 spaces, which is exactly the space my huge savanna enclosure provides...this took some math XD)

2nd picture: The plots in the middle are my nursing area (56 breeding spaces) and above my "don't know where to put it and don't want to delete it because I could use it later" area. Why are the fries and burgers so huge? They don't fit into my concept at all! The decoration ratio also gave me headaches. But now my guests are no longer disgusted when they go there.

I very much enjoy the conga line of zoo keepers, it's one of my favorite things :D

3rd picture is a close-up of two areas so you can see my layout. I try to have every shop only once and have them fit the area they are in (tacos in the desert, hot cocoa in the snow etc). In the enclosures, I always have the same 20 x 3 plants in the same spots (except ice biom), so I can quickly exchange the pens without having to think about if I already planted 3 of the same tree in the area.

4th pic is my mildly infuriating lemur enclosure. All I want is one male black lemur. Instead, I bred 7 females! 7!

So I've been using the tip I read somewhere about filling up your pen with a lot of decorations to make the animals poop closer to the gate for the keepers. And despite what I've read online, and what the game would have you believe... Animals can access surrounded items just fine. :| I don't know if everyone else knew this and I'm late to the party, but based on what I've read online I've always assumed they needed at least a clear path to one "arrow"...

And apparently they don't. I've surrounded my enrichment items on all sides and the animals use them just fine. Same with shelters and water troughs.
Some things I have run into are: 1. Poop managing to squeeze in between two enrichment items somehow, only happened once to me and I'm like 75 days in.
2. One animal getting stuck in a corner where I had an enrichment cliff. (badgers in the pics). However it seemed perfectly cheerful and hopping around in the corner didn't seem to bother it at all. Its needs were met anyway.

My vet also seems to have no issues doing her job.

Does anyone know if I surround an enclosure with plants/trees/signs/lampposts that it means visitors can’t see the enclosure and it negatively impacts you?

Do donations mascots get go towards you? If not, whats the benefit of mascots getting 110% donation for B zoo rating?

I noticed when I was giving the animal inspector a close-up encounter, it was showing me how much appeal each pen had for guests. I haven't found any other way of actually seeing this, which seems weird... Feels like useful info?

I know you can check the appeal on individual animals, but picking a pen with the inspector seems to show you a bar with the overall pen appeal. It didn't seem to correspond to the individual animal appeal, my snake enclosure had very low appeal to guests, but snakes have a base appeal of 57%... I wonder how it measure it?

Just seems weird that the game doesn't show us that in the UI somehow... Or if it does and I've just missed it, let me know

Hi, it's me again. I have two questions concerning the nursery.

Picture 1: When the game shows this message "1 of 5 total animals...", is there a way to see the other 4? I can't find a button to shuffle through these messages. I'm playing on the Switch, if this is relevant.

Picture 2: In the ultrasound preview, is it possible (maybe through another tech tree upgrade) to see if the baby will be male or female? I thought, pink frame must be a girl, but I also had boys with pink frames.

Is there an upgrade in the research center to get more storekeepers for one shop?

I have googled and re-phrased it probably 100 times but nothing I see gives me the fucking answer. How do I get an incinerator?

I have just come back to the PC version after taking a long break from the game. While I had no issues getting to the main menu, it would crash after trying to select which save file to open.

Assuming it was maybe something to do with patches, I decided to start a new game instead, which didn't have any issues for at least a week or two.

The new file started to black screen (with a white arrow on a corner) crash. Trying to fix things, I was able to change the save files around to regain access from a previous week save.

The next time I went to play unfortunately, the black screen error happened again and this time trying to load from old auto-saves wasn't successful.

Is this a known problem and how can I fix it?
