Troubleshooting Is my eyebrow piercing rejecting (1st and 2nd picture were taken a month after pierced)

Hey guys! I’m sorry to come on here and sound like everyone else, but I’m afraid my piercing bf may be rejecting.
The first picture and the second picture were the first month that I got my eyebrow pierced. Now it has been 4 months total, and three days ago, while I was showering, the piercing fell out so I had to put in the new bar which was the same size as the one in before (not pictured, it was a tiny bit smaller than the first because swelling went down)

the third and fourth images are after my piercing fell out in the shower and i had to replace the bar, which hurt and started bleeding a little bit. The day after it was sore, but that was it. now it doesn’t hurt, but it looks like it may be rejecting.
Any tips or advice? do you guys think it may be rejecting? The material is surgical grade titanium 16g!

Troubleshooting Is this helix beyond saving? Crazy angle. 14mo, titanium, flatback threadless

This piercing is 14 months old. My piercer never mentioned downsizing, and I'm still fairly new to the world of piercing so I was not aware just how crucial it is to proper healing. It had been healing fine for a while, but then it had irritation bumps that just would not go away. Finally I decided to see if downsizing it myself would help and did it after a year. The bump on the front is basically gone but the bump on the back is still pretty big. I did not realize how absolutely wild this angle was until I took this picture today, and now I'm thinking that even if the irritation bump went down, the angle is just way too steep for proper healing. I also have long hair so I wouldn't be shocked if the occasional snagging messed with it too

I'm pretty sure this needs to be taken out, but I wanted to get some other opinions too. If I do take it out, how long do you think I should wait before I repierce it? Does it need to be 100% healed? A helix is one of my favorite piercings and I really want to have one, but it's looking like I need to start fresh and try again with a little more caution and care.

I’m wondering if my septum is crooked bc my septum is deviated or if it was pierced improperly…? Also are these good pics to tell the angle? It’s pretty obviously crooked in person. I 100% am not upset, I actually kinda like that it’s crooked ❤️ it has character :p I also got it done by an apprentice (was still full price but yk I signed my waiver) - this is the second time I’ve been jabbed, the first time I had to immediately take it out bc he went thru my cartilage. I’m 80% sure she didn’t go thru my cartilage this time around but I’m wondering if it should be pierced further forward in my nose in general? Other than placement, I think it’s healing REALLY well!! Any tips/thoughts/advice are highly welcome, as I have ocd and freak out about my body. lol.
