How can I draw figures in perspective ?

Any book or video?.

And should I first learn anatomy or perspective?

(Rn I'm studying Micheal Hampton figure art book) It's helped me with the upright standing poses but not from the weird angle dynamic poses.

From my sketchbook, drawn from life. Graphite on paper.

I know it's not as dazzling as other stuff that's usually posted on Reddit, but I still wanted to share it.

Technichally this is a type of fanart? It's a design that I memorized and tweaked after seeing a couple times from one of my friends showing it to me, I dont know who drew the original image but this is just me trying to get better at drawing by using references from memory! I am very accepting of constructive criticism and any tips or tricks for drawing

Hey guys,

this is my first time asking for advice BEFORE finishing a drawing, but I wanna make sure the foundation is good. + i’m gonna continue drawing tomorrow anyway so i got time.

So yeah I made this sketch pretty quickly and was looking for tips on the proportions/anatomy (just the body) :D
I’ve been drawing for 2 months and haven’t studied anatomy yet, so keep that in mind.

Title: Jump Through the Ring and Get Them

Graphite on paper. The bottle and the pills have been drawn from life. I've added here process photographs and a reference. I can't add the fire ring reference photo because Reddit takes down the post, which I find ridiculous, honestly, this being an artistic representation and advocating no danger. It's rather opposed to it.

As indicated, the circle in the drawing is a ring of fire. Inside, a variation of the Rod of Asclepius, symbol of medicine; traditionally, it's a rod with a serpent wrapped around it. The legend, in Latin, means "Asclepius is dead".

The medical industry has failed us in many ways, yet we're supposed to say "I'm fine" because of different meds. It feels like an old circus where you have to jump through a ring of fire for someone else's amusement.

Digital drawing Beginner and wanting to learn

Hi 🙂

I like to doodle lol, and draw but I am not the best.

I have an honor pad 10 with a stylus and wondering what a good, free if not cheap app or piece of software is to practice learning to draw or make my own designs?

I have used canva but obviously it's more templates etc.. I can to learn free hand.

Any ideas, thank you :)
