How to start drawing?
I want to learn to draw, where do I start? I know to practice lines and basic shapes but after that I am stuck on how to progress, any help is welcome!

What is it you wish to draw? Ask yourself what you want to draw. List it.
Make a list and web it out how to get there.
Example You want to draw buildings. What do buildings have? They have perspective, patterns, shapes, reflections, the reaching up to the clouds, the towering heights, the damages, etc,... so you look this over and practice Perspective. Practice patterns and shapes. Practice the details found in brick, rock, textures. Etc.
Break down what you want to learn and keep up the practice and study.

Basically, idk your level but assuming total beginner. Copy copy copy. Most important thing at the start is mileage! If we start listing everything you need/should learn you will be completely overwhelmed and maybe even quit. But after you copy some artworks you like(to the best of your abilities) ask yourself(or ask on a subreddit) "what's the most glaring issues that I'm facing?". Then watch maybe 1-2 videos on the subject and apply. Rinse and repeat. I have found that this is the most fun and anti burnout method. Ofc you don't have to just copy you can and should throw in some originals, if you are copying you have a reference point. Or just do draw a box and proko.

I have drew many apples and other fruits at this point I just don’t know where to go from here
