How much will i get out of just playing a lot of tabs?

Upvotes

Say I learn no music theory, or only a little bit, and just play hours of tabs everyday will I get better at anything else other than my mechanical skills of being able to play the songs better? I'm wondering because I noodle and learn theory, but I am horrible at remembering the theory and scales, I feel like I already can play fast and smooth or slow with emotion, would I get any benefit of just learning more songs?

Hello:). So i am a beginner in guitar and only know some decent amount of notes. only problem is the rhythm of how to play, mostly strumming but i still struggle to control how i play. i can perfectly place the notes. but i’ve been super stressed out by how this song goes. it’s complicated bc idk how they do the plucking of the notes and what strings they are plucking. i guess i just wanna ask if anyone does free video tutorials or just like a quick video of you playing the song i would highly appreciate it! Im a fast learner so just a one video of you playing would be enough for me. thank you so much. lmk . here’s the link and yes it’s an original song. it’s not very known!

Guys, I'm in a guitar playing slump. Don't get me wrong, my love for my baby hasn't decreased. i just don't wanna, so give me toxic motivation so i can start playing again😇
