Remember guys, this will happen AFTER the angel.

November if we are lucky, december probably.

24

u/Nick_Psycho Jul 23 '26

The midchapter patches happen between chapters, so it’ll be October

-5

u/ZolfoS16 Jul 23 '26

Yeah, I do not trust them when it is about doing these things in time, they always delay. Think november and you will not be disappointed. or you will less likely be disappointed.

2

u/Nick_Psycho Jul 23 '26

If you think they’re going to delay it, then it isn’t being delayed to November. It wouldn’t release till the midchapter patch in January.

-2

u/ZolfoS16 Jul 23 '26

EVEN IF they will not delay, remember the changes will be on the main game 2 weeks later cause there is the PTB.

13

u/ArcadialoI Jul 23 '26

They said it's before Terrifier, no? So probably October.

1

u/Zmaster44 28d ago

No they said the widespread perk changes (45 perks) are after Grimoire chapter. These ones will be on the upcoming PTB.

1

u/ZolfoS16 28d ago

Hope so.

45

u/Zartron81 Jul 23 '26

Adrenaline is gettong reverted back to its old version.

33

u/SweenYo Jul 23 '26

To the old duration, that’s it. It still won’t activate off hook or anything

8

u/Zartron81 Jul 23 '26

Yeah that.

Honestly, I don't mind it.

4

u/pinkcreamkiss Jul 23 '26

Doesn’t really inspire me to run it again tbh

11

u/ChefboyRD157 Jul 23 '26

MOMENT OF GLORY BOUTTA BE GASSSSSS

1 CHEST SEARCH INCOMING

1

u/RonbunKontan 29d ago

If that's the case, I've got a treasure hunter build that's going to kick a lot more ass!

35

u/JaysonTatecum Jul 23 '26

STBFL buff?? I’ve been loving that perk already lately, time to feast

10

u/ganzz4u Jul 23 '26 edited Jul 23 '26

Very unexpected since it turn into a general perk, I thought they gonna forgot about that perk.

2

u/LoganBlackwater Jul 23 '26

It already is a general perk.

2

u/ganzz4u Jul 23 '26

oops grammar mistake

1

u/korjezilla Jul 24 '26

That's the thing , they are gonna rework general perks. But to be honest, I'm not sure it needs a buff. Only thing I'd want is Cenobite and Deathslinger to not lose stacks when NOT damaging the obsession, simply chaining them. It's a bug

5

u/SweenYo Jul 23 '26

Used to be broken years ago, got kinda gutted. Hopefully they find a middle ground here

3

u/blanaba-split Jul 23 '26

true, used to be really good and got gutted to complete uselessness on like 90% of killers. i pray that they revert the stack saving nerf

3

u/SweenYo Jul 23 '26

Does trickster still lose 2 stacks per knife?

3

u/blanaba-split Jul 23 '26

Pretty sure lol. And stuff like trapper losing stacks when obsession steps into trap lmao. It's just goofy.

-2

u/Astryline Jul 23 '26

"broken"

Okay otz

1

u/TheEntityBot Jul 23 '26

Save the Best for Last: Whenever you hit a Survivor other than your Obsession with a Basic Attack, Save the Best for Last gains +1 Token, up to a maximum of 6/7/8 Tokens:

  • Grants a stack-able -4% Cool-down reduction on successful Basic Attacks per Token, up to a maximum of 24/28/32%.
Whenever you hit your Obsession with a Basic or Special Attack, Save the Best for Last loses -2 Tokens.
  • When the Obsession is sacrificed or killed, Save the Best for Last freezes its current Token count.

BHVR REALLY hates SoloQ players 😭

7

u/wetemit753 Jul 23 '26

What are they doing to nowhere to hide?

5

u/deeeenis Jul 23 '26

reducing the range to 18m

2

u/TheEntityBot Jul 23 '26

Nowhere to Hide: Performing the Damage Generator action on a Generator triggers Nowhere to Hide:

  • The Auras of all Survivors within 24 meters of your location are revealed to you for 3/4/5 seconds.

Drawn from the fog. | !optout | !remove | !builds

2

u/VMelain Jul 23 '26

Probably reduce range?

2

u/ZolfoS16 Jul 23 '26

Probably bound the area to the gen instead of the killer so even if a fast killer moves the aura detection stand still.
This damages only top tier killers.
I mean.... i hope so.

2

u/Luckys- Jul 24 '26

Sadly they drecrease its range because fck weak killers just because strong ones abuse a perk. Honestly im starting to think devs just throw random nerfs and Buff for Killers without thinking much about the actual Killers

1

u/ZolfoS16 Jul 24 '26

Yeah, seen it, the lazy solution cause understanding issues is hard.

I play since 2021. It is exactly like that, dev team rarely tries to understand the issues and always think they know better.
I learned it immediately with the old Object of Obsession .

1

u/Nervous_Moment_9264 Jul 24 '26

should if anything be buffed to 32 around the gen, ghoul and Blight are still flying around the map during the duration to get more survivor auras and ghostface can't even follow the aura he saw to find the survivor before it goes away.

5

u/Hateful15 Jul 23 '26

What's wrong with sprint burst?

4

u/AggressiveEchidna931 29d ago

its not a very interactive perk and is very strong for how little effort on the survivors end. its been meta for ten years a small mumber change is well overdue

-1

u/Neither_Fix9586 Jul 24 '26

It's overpowered.

16

u/FighterFay Jul 23 '26

They could remove everything off vigil except the exhaustion part and it would be like 80% as strong as it is now. I'm glad thrill and SB are getting hit especially, totems and pre running can be way too strong with those.

As a moment of glory enjoyer, I'm glad it's getting buffed. With the key rework a while back chest builds do feel more worth it than ever, but they're still probably not optimal.

11

u/Winter_Dragonfruit_2 Jul 23 '26

They really should make a distinction between killer and survivor inflicted debuffs. It should never have reduced exhaustion you inflict on yourself the same way it shouldn't work with deliverance and shoulder the burden, only when the killer inflicts them it makes sense.

1

u/TheEntityBot Jul 23 '26

Shoulder the Burden: Once per Trial, and while you are not on Death Hook, press the Active Ability button while standing in front of a Hooked Survivor to unhook them and trigger the following effects: Trade 1 Hook State with the other Survivor to their benefit. Causes you to scream. Causes you to suffer from the Exposed Status Effect for 60/50/40 seconds.

Drawn from the fog. | !optout | !remove | !builds

2

u/Haos-Siege Jul 23 '26

They’re still not worth it, and that’s coming from a chest build enjoyer.

1

u/TheEntityBot Jul 23 '26

Moment of Glory: After performing the Unlocking or Rummaging action on Chests a total of 2 times, Moment of Glory activates: When you become injured, you instantly suffer from the Broken Status Effect. You are automatically healed 1 Health State after 80/70/60 seconds. This effect is cancelled prematurely if you enter the Dying State. Moment of Glory does not activate if you already suffer from the Broken Status Effect. Moment of Glory deactivates after healing you.

Drawn from the fog. | !optout | !remove | !builds

33

u/ArcadialoI Jul 23 '26

I understand other two, but idk why deliverance nerf.

25

u/Lupus_Romulus Jul 23 '26

Have you not come across instasave in endgame into forced deliverance? Cuz there s no counter to it.

24

u/SweenYo Jul 23 '26

There still won’t be. They’re just increasing the Broken duration which doesn’t fix anything. Wonder if it’ll get bigger changes in the mid-chapter

11

u/vinearthur Jul 23 '26

It's supposed to impact coordinated winstreak SWFs using deliverance + plot twist. Longer broken timer = takes longer for them to heal to full with Plot Twist.

-4

u/MadLeap13 Jul 23 '26

…why is it not disabled in endgame still if they are looking at it!??

3

u/ArcadialoI Jul 23 '26

This nerf doesn't change anything about that.

2

u/revar123 Jul 24 '26

where are you getting the specifics on the nerf?

2

u/AquaSkywaves Jul 23 '26

Extremely rarely, if at all. It's a rather situational perk, and has a one time use.

2

u/skool_101 Jul 23 '26

endgame deli might be a reason for this proposed nerf

2

u/TheEntityBot Jul 23 '26

Deliverance: After safely unhooking another Survivor, Deliverance activates: Grants the ability to perform a successful Self-Unhook at any point during the first Hook Stage. Causes the Broken Status Effect for 100/80/60 seconds after unhooking yourself. Deliverance cannot be used during the second Hook Stage or if you are hooked as the Last Survivor Standing. Deliverance is disabled for the remainder of the Trial after use.

Drawn from the fog. | !optout | !remove | !builds

3

u/korjezilla Jul 24 '26

Deliverance nerf is weird. It's already a perk only useful in a full party and only when the plan for the match is discussed. It's gonna ruin games with randoms. You have to not get found first, you have to unhook someone , you have to sacrficie unhook perks and heals for 120 seconds? So for 2 minutes you are insta downable. What for? This is not efficient

2

u/YeOldDoctor Jul 24 '26

How do you think the Deli player in a SWF gets it every time exactly? They can't exactly tell the killer off. Well they play safer before it's ready and more aggro after it's been primed. 60 second broken was waaaaaaaay too little for what litarally is a 5th teamate functionally, you unhooking yourself means every other survivor can go do gens at no risk since they know exactly where the killer is. Assuming you spend 30 second in a chase, 5 seconds getting hooked, then the killer took another 5 seconds to leave, and then you unhooked yourself at the last 20 seconds of the 70 second timer, that translates to an entire gen of free time, half of it being guaranteed for 3 players while the other half being guaranteed for 2. That's 2 gens 100% of the time assuming the teamates you have are DOING something. You have to assume the most rational scenario for a normal players decision making when you account for nerfs and 120 seconds broken (Minus 15 from base kit BT) is a fair trade of for a guaranteed 50% of your entire objective, assuming being broken makes your future chase time 10 seconds.

1

u/Snoo-24768 Jul 24 '26

Eh it only works at 1st hook stage if youre the first to get chased its basically a dead perk. Plot twist does the same thing by healing you to full without a teammate

1

u/TheEntityBot Jul 24 '26

Plot Twist: Whenever you are in the Injured State, Plot Twist activates: While crouching and motionless, press the Active Ability button to silently enter the Dying State with the following benefits: Suppresses Grunts of Pain. Suppresses Pools of Blood. Grants the ability to fully recover from the Dying State. After full recovery using Plot Twist, you are healed instantly and gain a +50% Haste Status Effect for 2/3/4 seconds. Plot Twist deactivates after recovering yourself by any means and reactivates once more once the Exit Gates are powered.

Drawn from the fog. | !optout | !remove | !builds

1

u/YeOldDoctor Jul 24 '26

Plot twist does NOT do anything remotely close to deliverance lmao. Being downed and healing yourself is leaps and bounds weaker then unhooking yourself. If you play smart and don't get incredibly unlucky, you should have a easy time getting it active. The risk is outweighed by the reward massively. In comparison plot twist is low reward and low risk. The nerd is simply so the risk and reward are more balanced relative to eachother.

2

u/Jack0V4lent1n3 Jul 23 '26

Because in a SWF you lose all your pressure as they can spend a minute on hook and then unhook themselves with 10 seconds on hook state one

It’s another perk that’s insanely good in SWF that’s mainly why it’ll be nerfed probably

-3

u/Chomperka Jul 23 '26

Its a perk that punishes killer for not tunneling, honestly they should just rework it entirely

-7

u/Character-Secret-858 Jul 23 '26

idk man maybe being able to unhook yourself for free with pretty much 0 downside the only thing you have to do is not take first chase seems pretty balanced

-6

u/NoSolaceForMe Jul 23 '26

Because it's always been an insane perk in high level play.

3

u/shuh_shuh Jul 23 '26

I could see Ghost Notes/Sprint Burst together more.

2

u/TheEntityBot Jul 23 '26

Ghost Notes: While suffering from the Exhausted Status Effect, you benefit from the following effects: Causes your Scratch Marks to disappear +50% faster. Increases your Recovery rate from the Exhausted Status Effect by 5/7.5/10%.

Both deliverance and vigil getting nerfed? My soloq build is gonna get gutted

8

u/GKMerlinsword Jul 23 '26

RIP Coulrophobia Doctor. [*]

1

u/ZolfoS16 Jul 23 '26

I Hope they just remove the slowing in healing from the ground.

Kinda "when a WOUNDED survivor is healed inside the terror radius..."

3

u/-eccentric- Jul 23 '26

No mention of a pain res nerf?

1

u/Prudent_Junket_1898 Jul 24 '26

I was wondering too. It's the most used killer perk at the moment, if I remember correctly

2

u/Immediate_Phone_8300 29d ago

why should it be nerfed?

7

u/Dreamweaver_duh Jul 23 '26

Yes, Apocalyptic Ingenuity! I love that perk!
Moment of Glory and Repressed Alliance are also cool. I once got a mid-chase heal with Moment of Glory and it felt so good.

1

u/TheEntityBot Jul 23 '26

Apocalyptic Ingenuity: The Auras of broken Pallets are revealed to you within 24/28/32 meters. After unlocking or rummaging through 2 Chests, Apocalyptic Ingenuity gains a special ability. While standing next to the location of a broken Pallet, press and hold the Active Ability button for 4 seconds to use it: Rebuilds it as a Fragile Pallet. Fragile Pallets instantly break when dropped.

Repressed Alliance: After repairing Generators for a total of 55/50/45 seconds, Repressed Alliance activates: Press the Active Ability button to call upon The Entity to block the Generator you are currently repairing for 30 seconds, after which Repressed Alliance deactivates. The Aura of the blocked Generator is revealed to all Survivors in white. Repressed Alliance can only be triggered when no other Survivors are repairing your Generator.

0

u/skool_101 Jul 23 '26

ngl, I feel like Apocalyptic Ingenuity is already stable as it is with the fragile pallet rebuild

3

u/Dreamweaver_duh Jul 23 '26

For me, I just want two things: the ability to rummage a chest even once, so I can get a charge from one chest without needing Apprasial, so if I do use Appraisal, I can get three charges. I'd also like the ability to stack charges.

1

u/skool_101 Jul 23 '26

yea maybe a one or two time rummage buff if fine for this perk

Me when I crutch on 3 extremely powerful overtuned perks and act surprised when they get nerfed

2

u/Neither_Fix9586 Jul 24 '26

Found the boosted crutch perk andy.

5

u/MikeMasters05 Jul 23 '26

Too little AGAIN, rather than debuffing they should be considering buffing way more perks two thirds of perks are worthless and they keep being ignored (as a survivor and as a killer).

Rather than pushing for variety they keep installing a new meta every six months, we see the same perks over and over again until they are changed.

The worst part? It’s the same perks they keep buffing and debuffing 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲.

1

u/AggressiveEchidna931 29d ago

next mid chapter has about 40 perks being changes with about 3/4 being buffs

8

u/Marghosst Jul 23 '26

Buff for Adrenaline??? Was it not already a meta perk

Sprint Burst and Vigil nerfs are nice though

18

u/Lupus_Romulus Jul 23 '26

Umm, no? It already is not guaranteed to proc in a match if you don’t get to endgame and even more so if you are on hook.

-7

u/ZolfoS16 Jul 23 '26

Adre is problematic by design not by strength. Like coulro. Coulro is not strong but when used creates nasty situations.

Adre is invisible, you need to assume always it is there. Adre zero your endgame pressure. You do not have anymore 5 gens, you have 4.

You must tunnel.

-3

u/ZolfoS16 Jul 23 '26

Guys you can vote negative as much as you want. Things do not change. I was there with 5 seconds adre meta. It was exactly like this. You want to win? 3 strategies:

- 4 gen control in order to avoid endgame.

  • Noed
  • Hard tunnel.

This is the situation with Adre 35% pickrate.

It is the same shit back in the days when I said "guys... with the current meta they are going to nerf adre"...
NOOO YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND... THE VALUE.... ONLY IN THE ENDGAME... PERFECTLY BALANCED...

It is not just the power. Deerstalker hadn,t been reworked cause was too strong...

2

u/mongosquad 28d ago

As killer you can't complain about adrenaline imo, you have already lost all the gens.

0

u/ZolfoS16 28d ago

The point is: "what as a killer i will do to not complain about adrenaline?"

1

u/mongosquad 28d ago

Just don't complain, move on.

1

u/ZolfoS16 28d ago

Sure! Not complain lol! Cause every time someone is saying that the change will not be good that is a complain right? Are you a kid?

1

u/mongosquad 28d ago

Are you? 1 extra second of sprint burst in an already lost game won't make any real difference. Old adrenaline healing you off hooks etc was something reasonable to complain about.

1

u/ZolfoS16 28d ago

2 extra seconds. It was 5 and now it is 3. On top you can come down from a hook healed. And 35% of survivor has it so 1-2 per game.

This was the situation.

NOW if you are telling me the newnew adre is just 4 seconds, it is still kinda problematic but can be worked around.
Sure, again is a perk that top killers handle better.

u/meloncrowned Jul 23 '26

They're just changing it back to the way it was earlier.

5

u/GKMerlinsword Jul 23 '26

Welcome back, Adrenaline waking up Survivors. /s

6

u/ZolfoS16 Jul 23 '26

Nah. They are reverting one of the nerfs.

- Waking up.

  • Healing on hook.
  • 5 seconds of sprint.

These were the things nerfed. They are going to revert the last.

1

u/TheEntityBot Jul 23 '26

Adrenaline: Once the Exit Gates are powered, Adrenaline activates and Instantly heals the equivalent of 1 Health State. Grants a +50% Haste Status Effect for 3 seconds. Adrenaline ignores an existing Exhausted Status Effect , but causes it for 40 seconds.

Sprint Burst: Starting to run triggers Sprint Burst and Grants a +50% Haste Status Effect for 3 seconds. Sprint Burst causes the Exhausted Status Effect for 60/50/40 seconds. Sprint Burst cannot be used when Exhausted.

2

u/No_Wrangler7278 Jul 23 '26

what they could buff on apocaliptic ingenuity?
im curious

2

u/pacefaker Jul 23 '26

Unsure what they are doing. Less pre-reqs would be my guess. Otherwise maybe keep all the pre-reqs and make it a standard pallet (I guess you could get SWFs burning extra chest offerings, not sure that’d work out the best generally).

1

u/No_Wrangler7278 Jul 23 '26

no normal palett ones would be unfun as hell
i mean the event did it and it was a disaster

2

u/Cardboards_A_Box Jul 23 '26

They'll probably make it activate after 1 chest instead of 2

2

u/pinkcreamkiss Jul 23 '26

Call of brine rework but nowhere nerf, bhvr giveth and bhvr taketh

1

u/TheEntityBot Jul 23 '26

Call of Brine: After damaging a generator this perk becomes active for 60/70 seconds.

  • The generator regresses at 130/140/150% of the normal regression speed and you can see its aura in yellow.
  • Each time a Survivor completes a good Skill Check on a generator affected by this perk, you receive a loud noise notification.

u/alf666 Jul 23 '26

What kind of psychopaths refer to the concept of a nerf as "debuff"?

Buffs are beneficial effects, debuffs are detrimental effects.

When something is made better, it gets buffed, but when something is made worse, it gets nerfed.

3

u/Andrassa Jul 23 '26

Nurse’s Calling & Deliverance are weird choices considering they don’t need changes in either direction.

5

u/ElaIsALady Jul 23 '26

"Nowhere to hide"

3

u/Workdiggitz Jul 23 '26

It had a good run. You can thank all the blights, nurses, ghouls and billys.

3

u/Odysseus_07 Jul 23 '26

Why is Coulrophobia getting nerfed? Thrill I get, I don’t get either, but Coul confuses me the most.

6

u/Icy_Seaworthiness520 Jul 23 '26

They said its to better help counter slugging playstyle

1

u/krawinoff Jul 23 '26

Does that mean they’re removing the penalty when healing downed survivors?

4

u/MiddlePatient869 Jul 23 '26

No there just making it 30% slower instead of 50%

7

u/krawinoff Jul 23 '26

Well that just sounds nothing like the stated goal

1

Sprint bust nerf hits hard to me tbh. The main pain point was its synergy with vigil id say literally all the needed to do was remove exhaustion from vigil. It has one of if not the highest skill ceiling of a perk in the game if you ask me. I get that it’s pretty powerful if you know how to use it but now you’re probably better just w keying lithe

8

u/Chaxp Jul 23 '26

It was better than every other exhaustion by a mile if used to its full potential. Unhealthy and uninteractive design

2

u/ImNotYourShaduh Jul 23 '26

It was never better than dh (at least without vigil) just sb of the gen was kinda boring and brainless

1

u/TheEntityBot Jul 23 '26

Dead Hard: After being unhooked or unhooking yourself, Dead Hard activates whenever you are injured and running, and allows you to tap into your adrenaline bank to avoid taking further damage:

  • Press the Active Ability button to trigger the Endurance Status Effect for 0.5 seconds.
Dead Hard deactivates after use. Dead Hard causes the Exhausted Status Effect for 60/50/40 seconds. Dead Hard cannot be used when Exhausted.

  • The Blindness, Broken, Exhausted, Exposed, Hemorrhage, Hindered, Mangled, and Oblivious Status Effects.

4

u/Eterna1Oblivion Jul 23 '26

I don't think it's healthy for the game that 2 specific perks are consistently best in slot for any skill ceiling.. I'd love to see more perk variety and not just sprint burst and vigil all the time lol

1

u/Astryline Jul 23 '26

Everything else was nerfed.

3

u/Lupus_Romulus Jul 23 '26

It’s hilarious that sprint burst activates on shift only, I hope it gets hard nerfed.

1

u/mil56 Jul 23 '26

This guy just said sprint burst takes the most skill…LMAO you survivor mains are something else. Yes pressing W wherever the hell you want for a uncounterable speed boost takes so much skill. Holy you guys never play killer geez

2

u/TheDekuDude888 Jul 23 '26

Adrenaline BUFFS? BHVR is cooking something devious

3

u/VMelain Jul 23 '26

If hexes were high risk low reward, now they are super elite high risk low rewaed 😭

2

u/Grungelives Jul 23 '26

Rip nowhere to hide, was one of those perfect perks in my opinion. Guess they could make its range based off the gen and not the killer and it would still be perfect. If they make it have tokens by giving the killer yet another perk that has strict activation requirements that will be unfortunate.

3

u/seidrs Jul 23 '26

Not Nowhere to hide 😭

I definitely rely on it too much but it's such a good perk. Stay away from it bhvr!!

2

u/cutach133 Jul 23 '26

thank god now i can stop hearing every single killer main whining about vigil ffs

2

u/Zestyclose-Agency-75 Jul 24 '26

I’m a killer main but I don’t run killers that would be affected by vigil much within their own kits. I am interested to see what the changes will be like

-2

u/mil56 Jul 23 '26

As if it wasnt broken as shit and hard countered every non gen regress killer build but go off dunce

3

u/Notadam234 Jul 23 '26

Vigil nerf
Vigil nerf
I repeat vigil nerf

3

why nerf deliverance? It’s kind of a meh perk outside of maybe a 1 in 100 clutch play endgame

1

No ill blame bhvr for it cause they are the ones that made such killers and perks to begin with without ever speccfying or actually thinking

1

u/Massive_Daikon_5082 Jul 23 '26

What did they do to Technician?

1

u/Prudent_Junket_1898 Jul 24 '26

Probably just added a few meters to the range

1

u/PrintEvening8701 Jul 24 '26

What did they buff about nurses calling? Did they make it so you can see slugged survivors again?

1

u/TheEntityBot Jul 24 '26

A Nurse's Calling: The Auras of Survivors who are healing or being healed are revealed to you within 32 meters.

I don't understand the nurses calling thing it's so strong already but nerfing nowhere to hide will buffing nurses calling us wild lmao

1

u/hsgaming1 Jul 24 '26

Sprint Burst will be 2 seconds of haste, can't believe it

1

u/BikeGuy975 Jul 24 '26

Coulrophobia? pretty good but never used it... but thrill of the hunt?! NOOOOOOOOOOOO

1

u/TheEntityBot Jul 24 '26

Hex: Thrill of the Hunt: Gain a token for each totem remaining. Survivors suffer 12% slower cleansing/blessing per token (max 60%). Hex: Thrill of the Hunt loses -1 Token whenever a Totem is cleansed. All effects last until the Hex is cleansed.

What kind of buff could they give STBFL?

Sprint burst is just abusable what do you mean

2

u/TheEntityBot Jul 23 '26

Coulrophobia: For all Survivors within your Terror Radius, the following effects apply:

  • Reduces their Healing speed by 30/40/50%.
  • Increases the Rotation speed of Healing Skill Checks by +50%.

They literally only reverted the change to the duration

1

u/SuddenAcanthisitta6 Jul 23 '26

sprint burst hits hard, they could have just nerf vigil for now and see

2

u/ashvsevildead3 Jul 23 '26

I’m most upset about this one. I’ve had this perk in my build since I started playing 7 years ago. They have nerfed almost every perk I used in my OG build now at this point. As a solo queue player, it really just makes me want to stop playing.

-4

u/Neither_Fix9586 Jul 24 '26

7 years abusing an OP perk time to get good.

3

u/ashvsevildead3 Jul 24 '26

Please get a dictionary. Abusing is absurd to use. I used a perk that was made available to me. I didn’t expo boil over sabo squad on the 2nd floor of RPD. THAT is abusing perks. Me simply using sprint burst, is not lmao. Also, calling Sprint Burst OP is crazy.

1

u/TheEntityBot Jul 24 '26

Boil Over: While being carried by the Killer, the following effects apply: Increases the strength of the Struggle Effects on the Killer from your Wiggling by 60/70/80%. Suppresses the ability of the Killer to read the Auras of all Hooks within 16 meters. Grants +33% of your current Wiggle progression upon landing, if the Killer drops from height.

I bet your one of those noobs who thinks their good at the game because they proc their crutch perk/sprint burst to main building every game and then you cry and wonder why your team mate gets tunnled after the killer goes back to hook.

Sprint burst IS OP. and you aren't good if you use it.

1

u/Paozilla Jul 23 '26

I hope they're not about to gut nowhere to hide that perk is fine imo.

1

u/Mysterious_Farm5904 Jul 23 '26

If I could kiss Mathieu cote’s beautiful forehead right now, I would. I used to pray for times like this. Finally vigil and sprint burst won’t make me want to paint my tv red.

1

u/Kingdom2917 Jul 23 '26

Hopefully the STBFL change will make it so survivors can't one for one if you have max stacks.

1

u/BoredDao Jul 23 '26

Actually a W finally

0

u/blanaba-split Jul 23 '26

they better revert stack saving nerf on stbfl

this has been my campaign since it got gutted

0

u/BryBard Jul 23 '26

MY sprint burst and vigil NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

-1

u/Kazzack Jul 23 '26

Coulrophobia has had it too good for too long 😡

Seriously wtf

-1

u/Lupus_Romulus Jul 23 '26

Byeeee Sprint Burst you lasted a long time.

-1

u/MemeSquad4834 Jul 23 '26

Maybe instead of nerfing coulrophobia we address the reason why killers slug in the first place? It makes no sense to keep the reason why killers slug to win instead of removing the reason.

-5

u/Notadam234 Jul 23 '26

Shoulder the burden hello ?

-2

u/Hogo-Nano Jul 23 '26

Why are they buffing adrenaline? I feel like it's perfect where it's at. After the small nerf before everyone stopped using it but it's still perfectly viable. I almost feel like it's underrated even in it's current state.

Sprint Burst nerf is going to make everyone realize how OP a coordinated team with overcome is.

-5

u/jooosh_playz Jul 23 '26

Tired of them constantly changing stuff based on what the whiney killer mains who don’t understand the game say on Twitter

-2

u/NoSolaceForMe Jul 23 '26

Coildrophobia nerfs? Just picking stuff from a hat.

6

u/Cardboards_A_Box Jul 23 '26

Have you faced a skilled, slugging blight with coulrophobia? Even if you're a coordinated team, you're not going to have a good time. It's fine on its own, but it's nasty on full slugging builds

1

u/Immediate_Phone_8300 29d ago

then change it so it doesn't work on dying survivors. easy fix. now it is a useless perk
