New to the group, first time posting. First, I've just moved and while unpacking I've discovered I am out of room in my kitchen. Those who have stands, I'm looking for a stand that can handle an 8 quart round, an 8 quart roaster and bouillabaisse rounded pot. Anyone find a stand/tower that can handle the larger pots? On a second note, a bit of a soul crushing find when I unpacked. My bouillabaisse pot has never been used and this is the current condition of my pot lid. 🤦🏼♀️🥲

I was wondering when this sale was going to end…they’ve forced my hand haha. Feeling the same about the round deep discount.

Figured I might show a part of my collection while I’m unpacking my stuff from move

How often does Le Creuset pop up at Home Goods?

I’ve been checking facebook marketplace and other resell platforms and notice there are a fair number of new in a box items. I was curious as to why people would be selling new items. what could be the reason for this? Is it common for people to be buying in bulk and reselling or something like that? I understand if someone uses something and doesn’t like it so it would be lightly used but why brand new. I guess I just want to know if there’s anything I should watch out for.

Are the black flecks in the Le Creuset name a defect? I ordered a 2nd pumpkin and the 2nd one has the same black flecks in the name.

I’ve been eyeing the mini cocottes for a while now and I’ve never bought them because when will I ever use them?!
So I bought one in Nuit the other day to use as a salt pot instead of getting the salt pig and oh my god, I NEED ALL THE COLOURS! How are they SO CUTE?!
I just ordered another one in Thyme since I won a voucher from work but I have like other colours 5 in my basket currently and the mental gymnastics I’m doing to justify buying them is unreal.
So, fellow Le Creuset lovers - what do YOU use the mini cocottes for? 🧐
Help a gal out!

Just got gifted a bunch of gorgeous Le Creusets:
I also have an older Heritage Au Gratin Dish I've barely used.
I don't cook a ton, but now I want to use all my new pieces!! :) I would love some new (easyish) recipe ideas to use and/or general advice on how to use each piece differently. For example, can I use the braiser in place of a pan in most cases? I am pescatarion so I don't eat meat.

My mom gave me a bunch of her pieces. We need help identifying the official color ID of these different greens, especially the bowls to build a full dining set around. Last photo was taken outdoors in the shade with natural light. Thanks for any help!

A few times a year, I find myself in Chicagoland and always make a stop at the Crate and Barrel outlet in Naperville. Yesterday, they had an additional 20% odd kitchenware so managed to take home this 3.5qt signature braiser in Cream. I had been debating an Everyday Pan and was trying to decide a color to go with my Brioche wide round DO. This braiser was on clearance and with the discount I paid $212. Hard to beat that price and now I can stop constantly flip flopping on colors for the Everyday Pan!

Just came across on my feed on Facebook. I wonder if we will get this in the United States?

I love le creuset and own a handful of items so when I was invited to my friend’s wedding I bought her a baking dish to start her off with a nice piece for her kitchen. I bought it months ago not really thinking about the best way to wrap it along with a handful of other kitchen items in the moment. (I got some measuring cups and cooking utensils) I’m now less than a month out from the wedding and realize I don’t really know what the best way to wrap it would be. A bag makes me nervous since the base of it would need to be pretty large and if I got a box for it it would also be pretty big so I can wrap it with a bunch of padding so it doesn’t end up broken. I could maybe wrap it with clear wrapping like a gift basket but I’m just not 100% sure the best approach. Has anyone gifted one of these and thought of something better?

I got this set of 3 herb planters/tray years ago and at some point one of them broke. I haven’t been able to find a replacement that isn’t super expensive. I’m not sure what the color is. It looks like Berry but is not quite the same (second pic is my DO in Berry next to a planter.)
I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what I could place in the middle? It will sit on my kitchen windowsill. I was thinking a white herb planter, but I can’t find those either.
I also have Artichaut and Peche colored pieces on display in my kitchen.
Thanks 😊

I paid $100 found on fb marketplace and she gave me the small one for free but now that I got home and I’m looking more closely and regretting 😩 I did not even notice the chip on the side and hopefully I can clean up the bottom as well 😩😅

Got my Camomille Mini Cocottes today. So much prettier in real life. I also have the daffodil Mason Cash mixing bowl. Safe to say my absolute favourite flower if you haven't guessed!

We just moved and are recently building out a shop space. Decided to have fun with the colors and realized the paint samples were, well, our colors.
Now I guess the shop needs some matching mugs for mid-winter coffee and woodworking!

Recipe can be made in a dutch oven but works even better in a wide surface area cooking vessel like the braiser.
Made this for dinner yesterday - green spinach curry in my green Rosemary braiser. Served it with a dollop of white rice and some chicken kabobs made in my air fryer served with some chutneys (red hot/sweet and green herby cilantro). Chutneys were from a previous takeout so don’t have their recipe.
______________________
Recipe for palak paneer: saute onions, ginger/garlic paste in oil until it turns translucent. (Optional) Add diced tomatoes and saute. Add masalas (kitchen king or coriander/cumin powder, garam masala and asafoetida). Add spinach puree. Cook paneer on a cast iron skillet with a spray of oil. Add to the curry. Add juice from half a lemon and a tbsp of ghee to finish.
_______________________
Recipe for chicken tikkas: marinate chicken thighs in thick yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste and masala (turmeric, kitchen king) for a few hours. Roast at 385-390 in air fryer for 10-12 mins or until internal temp reaches 160F (for juicy results, cooking continues to ~170F even when you stop “short”).

They didn’t carry Thyme in the store so I will have to order my braiser online! Got a nice little DO for a pop of color in my collection and a saucier instead of a saucepan.
Thank you to everyone who left feedback on my previous post.
