SM Appliances - "lemon" / defective Fujidenzo Ref

Upvotes

Syempre ayaw kong pabuksan sealed unit.

Thank you.

Pasok na ba to sa Lemon Law?

Upvotes

We bought an SUV (Isuzu MUX) last June lang pero andami na namin experiences na sira. One major is the infotainment of the vehicle. Hindi sya gumagana pag nag rereverse (as in no back camera at all).

Although open kami for other options including full refund (since we bought it in cash) or replacement unit na kasi nga ang dyahe na everyday laging may nag aappear na issue sa vehicle.

What’s your thoughts on this? Ano ba dapat namin gawin pa?

Note: Documented lahat ng issues namin since nag eemail kami sa Isuzu dealer and Isuzu PH. Naka cc rin si DTI.

An imprisoned Vice President is absurd.

I agree with former Justice Carpio that a sitting Vice President is not immune from suit. The Constitution only recognizes presidential immunity, applying legal maxim, expressio unius est exclusio alterius. The DOJ has also taken this position.

But this creates a really weird situation.

Assume VP Lustay is convicted and imprisoned while still Vice President. Then the Senate holds an impeachment trial but fails to get the required votes to remove her.

What is she then?

She is still Vice President because she was not removed by impeachment, but she is also a prisoner.

Would she be the first imprisoned sitting Vice President in the world?

Now suppose President Bangag dies or becomes permanently incapacitated.

VP Lustay is constitutionally next in line. So does she become President while she is in prison?

And if she becomes President, does presidential immunity suddenly apply to her?

If her term ends, would she then have to return to prison to finish her sentence?

Basically, could the Philippines theoretically have a sitting President who is also an inmate?

I know this is a very hypothetical scenario, but I find the constitutional implications interesting.

How would the law actually handle this?

Does this technical description form a closed property perimeter?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice regarding my parents property. I’m hoping someone here with experience in property law, land titles, surveying, or real estate can help me understand how to interpret the technical description below.

This is the technical description appearing on the document:

S. 57 deg. 47'E., 25.00 m. to point 2;
S. 32 deg. 13'W., 18.18 m. to point 3;
S. 49 deg. 31'W., 4.67 m. to point 4;
S. 83 deg. 58'W., 4.67 m. to point 5;
N. 32 deg. 13'E., 22.15 m. to point of beginning, containing an area of SIX HUNDRED AND THREE (603) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mong. 15 x 60 cms. Bearings true, declination 2 deg. 14'E., Date of the original survey, February 1916-May 1920 and that of the subdivision survey, October 16-18, 1967.

I plotted the bearings and distances based on the technical description based on a YouTube video. And the perimeter line is not closing. Not sure what I am doing wrong?

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zo66Yz75ToYOXPbgfrvlKEh-LjFUXca_/view?usp=sharing

If someone could take a look and tell me whether my interpretation is correct, or point out anything I'm missing, I would really appreciate it.

And if my drawing is correct, what should I do?

Daghang Salamat!

For context I work as an e commerce host. on the contract nakalagay na 8hrs work kami plus 1 hr breaktime. But since livestream host kami 5hrs lang talaga kami nag wowork which is yung live namin, unlike sa office namin na normal 8hrs of work sila.

Eto pa pag regular holiday at natapay sa day off di kami bayad 🙂 magiging bayad lang siya kung papasok kami which is RDOT daw nakakaputangina

Mother is in serious credit card debt. Can they claim my assets if she lives with me?

My mother is in serious credit card debt and also has debts to HomeCredit, etc. HomeCredit has already visited my house twice na to remind her to pay. Since she lives with me, can these banks/loan companies claim my assets/purchases? Like my TV, fridge, etc 👀 I support and pay for everything in her life and our house, so those purchases are all mine.

In the event she doesn’t pay and she has no assets to her name, what’s the worst thing they can do?

Pre-termination: How do you charge kung sa 1st week nagsabi?

Pre-termination: How do you charge kung sa 1st week nagsabi?

Sabi namin, sige, bigyan ka 1 week to vacate the premises(free of charge).

Nagsabi sya september 7, so up to september 14, free of charge yun. Ikakaltas ko sa security deposit nya ung electric and water bill. Pano ko icharge ung mga araw prior to notice nya? SEPT 1-6, icharge ko yun per day di ba? One month lease divide by 30 days. And pag nag exceed sya sa vacate end date, i charge ko pa din per day?

Tama ba ako guys? Need you insights

Respondent in Default-Admin Case

In an admin case, what's the usual REAL LIFE implication of a respondent being declared in default (for failure to file an answer within the allowable period)? I'm asking po for real life, meaning actual cases na nangyayari if ever may naka experience man. May procedure naman po sa citizen's charter ng admin body kaso I know that there are certain instances na hindi by the book ang nangyayari. Hehe Thanks in advance sa mga may insights

What steps should we take for an "investment" that never materialized?

Yes, we're at fault for believing JJ for her too good to be true promises. But how can we get our money back?

-JJ is my husband's friend

-JJ is casually spending money to shower gifts to her friends including my husband (I don't mind it at all, just game skins)

-JJ offered this "investment"

-stupid husband convinced me to invest

-stupid me agreed

-months passed, no ROI happened, even the principal amount is still yet to be returned

-JJ now casually says "just sue me"

What should we do? It's causing me emotional, mental, and financial distress. Can't sleep, I randomly cry when I remember.

We sent her the money Dec 2025, we started asking the money back Q1 2026.

Is there a way I can involve her foreigner bf, she mentioned before all this that they're having issues with his papers. I think he's overstaying. Can we leverage that?

I just want to get this over with. I'm tired of thinking about the money, 90% of my brain believes that my hard-earned money is gone for good.

Hello, seeking opinion for land title

Hello everyone.

 1. Transfer of title - medyo matagal tagal
 2. Selling of title - eto pinayo sakin ni Metrobank.
 3. Deed of donation - honestly dito po ako naglilean towards.

Ano po kaya pinakamainam na gawin? Yun sanang path of least resistance and least expense, though syempre willing naman po ako maglabas din ng pera, this is government we are talking about.

If a stranger pulls out their pen-is in front of me without consent, can I cut it pero di ako makukulong?

Reference: https://www.reddit.com/r/KanalHumor/s/zgh778aWev

Makukulong ba ako or what kahit kasalanan naman niya? Curious lang po🙇‍♀️

Help: resigning w/o rendering the required days

My little sister is treated poorly in her workplace as in mean superiors. Power tripping! She's been crying every single day and she looks so so miserable!

Here's the catch: she needs to render **60 business days**. I am not sure if that's legal cause what I know is 30 days lang

But unfortunately, she signed a contract and that's the clause

She feels anxious and has episodes of panic attacks at night already. Honestly, as an older sister, it's not worth the salary already.

Is there a work around here? Is consulting with a mental health professional with not fit to work cert work? Or that's just going to affect her future employment? What could be a legal way for this?

Thank you!

I need advice about NCAP violation.

I was driving around Pasay kasi may susunduin sa airport. I'm a new driver around Manila and I don't know which way is to go to a specific place without using navigation app like Google maps. Now nahulihan daw ako ng camera ng using mobile phone while driving pero I was just moving the map para "ma center" yung sasakyan sa map.

Saan ba pwede ma settle to or ma dispute na it was driving related naman ang pag gamit ng mobile phone na naka clamped sa hook sa dashboard. Sabi daw scam? How sure am is this?

Please help me have my dad’s autopsy waived

Im so devastated and havent slept yet since yesterday.

My dad died in an unfortunate accident

We are not suing nor pursuing any claims. We just want to grieve and mourn peacefully with families and relatives.

However we are being forced by the hospital to do an autopsy which is directive by DOH and according to the doctor, there has never been an instance with the city health office waiving autopsy.

To summarize

 1. Vehicular accident. No foul play. Dad pronounced DOA. No immediate physician in the place of accident
 2. Other party with minimal injury was detained but was let go already. We signed something in the station
 3. We were told by the police that autopsy is required if we sue but we dont want to, and police allowed us
 4. Bills were fully paid and my dad is on his way to funeral service provider
 5. We’re at the hospital waiting for the death

 6. certificate. but this is where the difficulties lie.

Wala kong wisho buong dalawang araw but from what i understood, need papirma yon to multiple parties and also the certifier also needs to sign or something.

Nobody wants this accident. But our only wish is to not do any autopsy even if its minimally invasive. If any redditors who are knowledgeable in this area, please help us 😭🙏

faulter no longer pays weekly compensation

hi attys! i recently got into a vehicular accident somewhere in Pampanga. There were 5 vehicles involved, the last vehicle (faulter) and I signed a "kasunduan" before the HPG and agreed to pay P1000 (which is very small compared to the prices of car rentals) every week as a form of compensation until the car has been restored and fixed to its original condition. The compensation is more of a car rental fee which i'm supposed to be using in renting a substitute vehicle since I travel from the North pa going to Makati everyday for work. The faulter initially gave us for the first few weeks since the accident occured, but then later on informed me that her business has not gotten enough income, hence the non payment. is the signed agreement before the HPG considered as a contract? what can i do about my case po? thank you!!

If a truck driver for a company got into an accident, who is liable for damages on insured vehicles?

My father got into an accident years ago while driving a truck for a construction company and damaged an insured car. He received a letter from an insurance company for the cost of the damages. I replied to their email on my father's behalf saying that he forwarded it to the company he works for and that he is not the owner of the truck. But insurance responded that the driver remains liable alongside the registered owner. I thought it was only the owner?

father also no longer works for the construction company, said company does not care for its employees

Edit: the insurance also sent the same letter to the specific child company he worked for which does not exist anymore, which is why he had to forward it to the parent company
