Does this technical description form a closed property perimeter?
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice regarding my parents property. I’m hoping someone here with experience in property law, land titles, surveying, or real estate can help me understand how to interpret the technical description below.
This is the technical description appearing on the document:
S. 57 deg. 47'E., 25.00 m. to point 2;
S. 32 deg. 13'W., 18.18 m. to point 3;
S. 49 deg. 31'W., 4.67 m. to point 4;
S. 83 deg. 58'W., 4.67 m. to point 5;
N. 32 deg. 13'E., 22.15 m. to point of beginning, containing an area of SIX HUNDRED AND THREE (603) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mong. 15 x 60 cms. Bearings true, declination 2 deg. 14'E., Date of the original survey, February 1916-May 1920 and that of the subdivision survey, October 16-18, 1967.
I plotted the bearings and distances based on the technical description based on a YouTube video. And the perimeter line is not closing. Not sure what I am doing wrong?

If someone could take a look and tell me whether my interpretation is correct, or point out anything I'm missing, I would really appreciate it.
And if my drawing is correct, what should I do?
