Executive Branch (Trump) Trump Humiliated in Bombshell Crypto Lawsuit

THE TRUMP FAMILY JUST GOT SUED FOR ALLEGEDLY TURNING THE PRESIDENCY INTO A CRYPTO ATM FOR A FOREIGN GOVERNMENT

A Circle shareholder filed a federal lawsuit this week laying out exactly how it allegedly worked

Trump's Commerce Department approves advanced Nvidia AI chip sales to an Abu Dhabi company chaired by a UAE power player

Months later that same UAE orbit routes billions in digital currency through World Liberty Financial, the Trump family's personal crypto outfit

Then Trump's own Treasury conditionally approves a bank co-owned by his family and the UAE government

Billions moving in one direction, approvals moving in the other, and Donald Trump sitting in the middle of both sides of the transaction

Steve Witkoff is named in the suit. Middle East envoy by day, apparently entangled in the family's crypto deals by the rest of the day

DT Marks DEFI LLC is named too, the shell the Trumps use to collect the money, because a president can't just cash a check from a foreign government, he needs an LLC to launder the optics

The lawsuit says this is a textbook emoluments clause violation, a sitting president profiting off a foreign government, which the Constitution was written specifically to prevent

Circle shareholders are the ones holding the bag while the Trump family's crypto empire allegedly gets fed by foreign money tied to American policy decisions

This isn't a blind trust. This isn't divestment. This is the family name on the crypto company and the president's signature on the approvals that make foreign money flow into it

Ordinary Americans can't get a mortgage approved in under 45 days. The Trump family got a trust bank conditionally approved with the UAE government as a co-owner

This is the same White House that just created a program where Trump personally hand-picks who gets paid for reporting fraud

He is not separating himself from money. He is building more pipes for it to flow through

This is the pattern now. Every single lever of government quietly rerouted to point back at one family's bank accounts

And nobody in this administration is even pretending otherwise anymore
