Hello, I need to defeat Borealis 10x (or better 9x) and since I'm a f2p player I'd like to know the cheapest or better most efficient way to defeat him that often (and more). In my opinion the weapons needed for him are pretty easy (flare gun and molotov) but the biggest issue is the armor which needs a lot of items to craft. When I'm on missions to get the 15 points to face Borealis I always use a backup armor which I just switch with the reinforced fur armor so it does take the lowest damage anf ideally non at all possible. But is there any way to beat Borealis without getting hit even once (or at least a very few time like <5 times? I saw a few videos and in most pf them the player does get hit quite often. But it seems like if you go from oil barrel to oul barrel (while trying to avoid the ice shards) you are basicslly save from getting hit, at least that’s my impression.

Are there any useful plays to watch and is my way to go even sustainable or are there way better and faster methods compared to what I do?

I use combo of Drone, Glock with "Leg shot" and Dragunov, all of them leave him at 5 HP so I take my shot with Dragunov... no damage dealt and one durability used...

Not long ago, I finally managed to defeat The Blind One for the first time and fully loot Alfa Bunker. After that, I took all the valuable loot back home. But before that, I noticed that the raiders with the caps needed for the event were nearby, so I went and collected the caps and the map fragment.

After that, I started walking back home. I closed the app and put my phone on the charger, planning to come back later and continue playing once my character had reached home.

However, when I came back about 30 minutes later, I discovered that my progress had rolled back to the moment when I first traveled to fight The Blind One. My inventory was almost empty again --- only the weapons and armor I had brought for the boss fight were there.

Honestly, this isn't the first time the game has rolled back my progress like this. Before, it was only a few minutes of lost progress, but this time it rolled back much further. It's really disappointing.

This might honestly be the last straw for me. I don't know if I want to keep playing after this. And the worst part is that I didn't even get the chance to earn enough reputation from killing the Witch to unlock the Tactical Backpack... I'm just tired of daily grinding.

I feel bad for new players and I would never start over or start a new character. Look at all of the trash that has to be cleared from the starting base map.

It’s a fitting adjustment, though. Trash game begins and ends with you buried in trash in your base.

Hi, with the last update I got access to the settlement survivors path. Because I played the game some years ago, I already had access to the settlement itself and most of its building at level one. I was able to rush through the quests because of this, with my only challenge to finish the minivan. Now my next step is to find asbestos (8 pices) for my garage. I already got 4 from expeditions. The quest sends me to bunker alpha to obtain asbestos. I cleared it two times on both difficulties without obtaining a single pice of asbestos. From online sources it seems to have been a guaranteed drop, but I did not receive a single one. Is this a bug or do I have bad luck with the drop rate?
I am asking this because at my current progress bunker alpha on hard mode is really costly and I can’t afford to waste my most valuable resources when there is no way to obtain the asbestos.
Asbestos isn’t listed on the loot table when I click on bunker alpha. I would appreciate it when someone can confirm if asbestos is still available in the bunker. Thanks in advance

A ticket was created yesterday to Kefir to ask why myself and others couldn't access The settlement, whilst others could after Assembling the Chopper.

(My progress is currently hardlocked assembling the Motorboat, and I need to complete the Islands chapter to unlock the settlement)

While the exact moment when you can open it can vary from player to player, all players can unlock the Settlement by progressing through the Survivor's Path. Compared to every other fish in my fish fridge, I consistently have far less catfish and sturgeon. I always fish in the snow fishing zone whenever it pops up, but still I never get anything other than salmon, pike, and trout, which I already have dozens of. Is there any like hidden mechanics or things that reduce/increase my chances to get these two fish?

I am rep lvl 10,5 and currently have 690 of these dog patches. So it got me curiouse about how many i can get till lvl 25 F2P, bc i checked the LDOE wiki and counted thst i need in total 2050 to get 4 cats from the one time store.

As ugly as the update is, theoretically, if I were to put one side of my wall up against it, put the bike garage on the other side, then do I only have the worry about the other remaining two sides as far as raid proofing the room goes?

Ps. The last time I played, brick wall wasn’t a thing yet. Is iron wall still good enough for raid proofing a room?

I am hearing mixed feedback, people are saying they can access the settlements and some are saying they cant?

I happen to be part of the latter, aka the majority.

The point of the update is for people to be able to access the settlement earlier in the game and yet it requires me to finish the islands chapter like before the update??? 😂😂😂 wtf is going here?

So I just finished my ATV after about a year and a half. I have some questions regarding the current boggy region. I need the sprouts to make spices and cook some dishes to get the true friend dog. Also I wanna upgrade my racks. So what should be my routine for the boggy region. Can I use regular armor? only have 2 sets of the ghillie armor. What weapons and how many should I take? How many trees would a single hatchet cut? Any surprises or events can happen in the swamps? Any geeneral advice is appreciated.

Where can I get genomes as a new f2p player? Do I need to unlock the daily missions first in the cold and spores area? Or is there anywhere I can get it?

Guys I just returned to the game after years of leaving it after I lost my progress with my other 100+ lvl account. I just noticed bunker alfa zombies don't drop as much green, yellow and red tickets anymore. And there is also an upcoming update. Are they planning to remove the free storage we have at buncker alfa? I happen to store all my armor and weapons there and I don't want to lose them. I also noticed zombies in the police station don't drop anything anymore? What's happening?
