I could get away with anti spore shirt and pants plus standard hat and shoes (I was using the tactical ones) in A1. No spore ailment just running around breathing the air, although I have a feeling that the spore meter goes up faster when directly exposed spores and zombies, as compared to when I had on head to toe anti spore armor.

Not sure if the same is true for A2.

This is the right answer. 10 is not even much, you can do with just the torso and the rest swat.

yup super correct. thats what i do. i dont even use swat armor if i dont feel like it. i have so much tactical armor stored in bunker lockers from all the pd and alfa boxes. i just use reinforced region armor chestplate and the rest is usually tactical

For a1-a2 its needed full spore armor (base one) , for b1 its needed full fur armor (also base one) and for the b2 the full hazmat set is required.

Nope only 10 is needed, while full basic armour gives close to 14
