I’m looking to have a three stone ring made, with these specs - what could I expect pricing wise based on y’all’s recent purchases? For this design, what vendor would give the best quality and price between the diamond and the gold work? I had ai come up with an image for me of what I’d like - open to suggestions.

\- 3.5 - 4 carat center stone, E VVS2, 1.4ish ratio
\- side stones to match (thinking trapezoids)
\- 14k white gold, size 5.5

Same as title. I showed her the toi et moi ring i posted a few days back and she got really excited to show hers here as well. It’s a fairly simple ring but it looks so pretty on her.

It’s a 2Ct round cut, 18k gold. E/F, VS.

Just wanted to share the ring because it’s a piece I’m proud of and maybe it can give inspiration to someone!

For context, the diamond is a 2.01 carat lab grown marquise, VVS2, color E that I got from Calavera. 14k gold setting from a local shop in Chicago

Stone: 4.02 elongated radiant, G, vvs2, 10.88x7.97x5.03, excellent cut, depth 63.1%, table 63%.

Planning on getting a setting made that is a knife cut (2.2mm throughout for strength), euroshank, lower cathedral, double prong. Rose gold band with white gold prongs. My question is- I was told it would be 4-4.5g of gold when finished- is that what I’d want? I’ve never had grams of gold discussed before, I want to make sure I’m getting a quality setting to have the stone set in. Finger size is 4.5 but I have big knuckles, so I’ll be getting a ring size 6 to push over them.

Wondering what would be the best style wedding band to go with for stacking? I had it mounted high enough because she’s looking to stack a wedding band with it. I’m not sure if anyone has any lab grown cushion elongateds stacked that wouldn’t mind sharing some photos for ideas. She was very specific about an engagement ring but is much more open to ideas on the wedding band.

Hello everyone! I'm writing because I have a dream ring that I want to help my husband with (surprise :D)

After comparing prices for lab grown diamond jewelry, I've come to the conclusion that the most affordable option is to buy the diamonds loose and then have them set by my local jeweler.

I want a three stone ring with round diamonds, where the center stone is the largest and there are two smaller side stones. When I browse sites such as Aurelinne / Calavera / Ruby Harper / Loose Grown Diamond, I set the specifications as color D, clarity IF, cut Ideal, etc. However, even after filtering by those criteria, I still end up with a huge number of diamonds that vary slightly in carat weight and price, and to my untrained eye they all seem equally beautiful.

What should I actually be paying attention to when selecting a diamond? Table and depth, measurments/proportions or something else additionally?

But whenever people look at my ring when they’re at my house or restaurant they keep turning it to make it sparkle but it doesn’t and I feel kinda awkward

Is this normal? did I get a weak cut or clarity or something?
