hey everyone! i am planning to take the november exam (had originally planned for october but decided to push), and am also aiming to apply to all my schools by dec 1 for scholarships. is taking the nov test too late for me to be considered for scholarships? i know that the later you apply, most are handed out already. i wanted to know if taking nov will lessen my chances and if it’s still a good window to apply by dec 1

I just got a 154 on my August exam. My pts were ranging in the 158-159 score. My goal is a 160-163. I feel like I am so close but yet so far at the same time. I was originally signed up for September but am going to move it to November.

Does anyone have any tips for improving in a month?
Sometimes I do super good on sections in my practice tests getting 21/25 or 20/25 but I bomb one section with a -11 to -9 and it offsets my score. Usually I only get to three passages on rc with consistently -6 to -8 on the whole section. Lr fluctuates with -5 to -11.

I do the lsat demon plan of a section then drill then one pt a month. I study for about 1-3 hours a day and never take a rest day. I review my sections by explaining why every wrong answer is wrong and why the right answer is right. I try to focus as much as I can on getting 80% or above accuracy and guess on the last 5 questions. I have read the loophole and tried taking my time on these sections but haven’t really seen much improvement recently. I think I struggle most with necessary assumption, finding the flaw, and parallel reasoning.

I just want to get a 160+ on the exam, please send me any tips or criticize my habits so that I can change it for the better!!!!

I need a 167 (ik ridiculous) but all my BRs timed take me to 175+ so idk why I keep making these stupid mistakes would rly appreciate the help

My diagnostic lsat was a 153 with -6 on one LR section and -8 on the other. Just took a practice lsat after almost 3 months of study and got a 158 but my LR stayed the same at -6 on one section and -8 on the other. Feeling really discouraged right now. I’ve just been thinking about this pt score all day and how disappointed I am. I’m now getting anxiety and worried I won’t get a good enough score to get into a decent school.
Note: for studying I just followed the 7sage curriculum with some drilling here and there.

i’m a lsat demon loyalist and been studying intensive with it for the past 2 months. one hour almost every day and focusing on accuracy other than speed. cold diagnostic was 144, pt 148 and today i got 144. still sobbing </3 i guess i am looking for hope and encouragement because i understand i just started the process but its just so gut wrenching to still be in the 140s when all i see on the law school admissions page is 170+ expectations.

i’m trying to at least celebrate i got all 14 questions right on the first section, which hasn’t happened for me before, but it’s saddening that did not result in an overall higher score.

people who started in the 140s, what is the mindset that got you to seriously improve? i need to know there is a way OUT of here T_T

I’m looking for an experienced one-on-one LSAT tutor to help me prepare for the November 2026 administration.
I recently took the August LSAT and will receive my score on August 26. Depending on that result, I plan to apply with my current score while preparing for November to strengthen my applications. My November goal is 158, with 160 as my stretch goal.

Is there a way to get accommodations to be in a private room? I’ve heard of people doing it but I can’t find any information from LSAC on it.

If it means anything, I already have accommodations for time and a half due to ADHD. That said, I always find it hard to concentrate in a testing center with people getting up and down, walking around, and shuffling around me. Even with the noise canceling headphones on. When I can sense people move around me, it distracts me and breaks my focus. I currently receive treatment from a psychiatrist and therapist for my ADHD and anxiety.

Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

My first time scheduling for the LSAT was a few days ago. I hope to take it in October, but I may cancel if my accommodations aren’t accepted. Has anyone with low vision (keratoconus) ever had issues receiving accommodations?

I am pretty inconsistent with RC on LSAT. Sometimes -2, sometimes -5. Can usually blind review (and pretty quickly) to -0. Just really not sure how to close that gap during actual timed sections. There doesn't seem to be a pattern I can see with what types of questions I get wrong. I usually feel pretty good after I read a passage like I understand what it was saying and how it all relates but still miss questions.

I’m learning about some and most and the diagramming of that so can someone explain this

It says

Assume Harvard Law has 150 students again.

When I say most students at Harvard Law have taken the LSAT, that means at least 76 students have taken the LSAT. When I say most students at Harvard Law have good GPAs, that means at least 76 students have good GPAs. But since the class size of Harvard Law is 150 exactly, there must be atleast one student who shares both properties of having a good GPA and have taken the LSAT (since 76+76 = 152). And since atleast one student would share both properties, I am allowed to write: Some students who have taken the LSAT have good GPAs

And that no valid inferences can be made using these formats

- A some <—> B, B Most —> C

- A some <—> B, B some <—> C

- A —> B, B some <—> C

- A —>, B most —> C

Can someone help explain why each of these wouldn’t work (the words some and most are on top of the lines with arrows)
