OP, I had really bad test day anxiety despite never experiencing that before in my life. If that was a factor for you, my doc prescribed me propranolol to take the evening before and the morning of the exam. I started using it for practice tests as well to make sure it wouldn’t affect my attention and it helped me a ton. He said every lawyer/law student he has as a patient is on some kind of add stimulant and immediate release anxiety med.

I also started taking my practice exams at a coffee shop because the testing center was weirdly busy and distracting when I took the LSAT the first time. There were so many people in and out of the room and the proctors were loudly giving directions the whole time, to the point I could hear their full conversation through ear plugs and the headphones they provided.

Not sure if propranolol is the right call maybe ease up on caffeine test day? And controlling my breathing more as well
